    摘要： A lightweight damper pulley is provided which can be produced in a simple manner. The damper pulley includes a central portion, a belt retaining portion made of metal plate, and a ring-shaped rubber or elastic member placed therebetween. The central portion includes a cylindrical boss portion to be fixed onto a rotary shaft, a main portion extending radially outwardly from the larger diameter area of the cylindrical boss portion, and a flange bent horizontally from an outer periphery of the main portion. The central portion is integrally formed from a metal plate by press-forming or the like. The flange and the belt retaining portion can have projections which compress the rubber or elastic member to hold it securely in place.

    摘要： A method for producing a damper pulley having a boss portion to be press-fitted onto a rotary shaft, an annular main portion extending from the boss portion, a flange portion formed along an outer periphery of the main portion, a ring-shaped damper-mass member located outside the flange portion and a rubber body interposed between the flange portion and the damper-mass member includes the steps of integrally forming the boss portion, the main portion and the flange portion of a metallic plate such that the main portion has a curved section, and has a radial length greater than a straight line distance between the boss portion and the flange portion, placing the rubber body between the flange portion and the damper-mass member, and enlarging the diameter of the flange portion to elongate the main portion having a curved section, thereby the enlarged flange portion presses the rubber body against the damper-mass member.

The lithium-ion secondary battery includes a jelly roll, a positive electrode tab, a negative electrode tab, a positive electrode can, and a lid. The jelly roll is made by rolling the positive electrode and the negative electrode with an interposed separator, and is contained in the casing. The positive electrode tab has one end connected to the positive electrode of the jelly roll and the other end connected to the lid. The negative electrode tab has one end connected to the negative electrode of the jelly roll and the other end connected to a terminal provided on the lid. The other end of the negative electrode tab has a shape with a cut at a cut angle determined in accordance with the production process line that fabricated the lithium-ion secondary battery.

    摘要： A tuning device includes an input terminal configured to receive an input electrical signal and a pitch detector to detect a pitch of the input electrical signal. A manual pitch designator designates a standard pitch from pitches of a scale. An automatic pitch designator designates a standard pitch from a scale that is closest to the pitch of the input electrical signal. A mode selector selects either a manual mode where the standard pitch is designated by the manual pitch designator, or an auto mode where the standard pitch is designated by the automatic pitch designator. A pitch comparator compares the pitch of the input electrical signal and the standard pitch and a display device displays the results of the comparison. The display device is configured such that when the standard pitch is designated by the automatic pitch designator, the standard pitch is not displayed.

    摘要： A sound device includes an input terminal for electronic signal input; a line out terminal adapted to output electronic signals input on the input terminal to an external area; a delay arrangement adapted to delay electronic signals input on the input terminal for a certain time; a main output arrangement adapted to output electronic signals delayed by the delay arrangement. The delay arrangement delays signals in order to accommodate a time difference between (1) electronic signals output from an external sound device connected with the line output terminal and (2) electronic signals output from the main output arrangement. The time difference between sound that is output from the sound device and the one that is output from an external sound device that is connected with line connection terminal can be eliminated. Thus, it can prevent sound quality decrease due to time difference from happening.

    摘要： A pressure sensor includes a sensor chip in which a diaphragm is provided, and a case to which the sensor chip is directly mounted by an adhesive. A groove that surrounds the diaphragm is provided on the rear surface of the sensor chip between the bonded part and the diaphragm. The groove prevents thermal stress, which occurs at the bonded part, from reaching the diaphragm through the sensor chip, and thereby the accuracy of the sensor output is highly accurate. Further, the groove may store any excessive adhesive that may be applied when the sensor chip is bonded to the case to prevent the adhesive from flowing and adhering to the diaphragm.
