摘要: A laser marking device for forming the pattern printed on a liquid crystal mask on the surface of an object. In the laser marking device, an input optical system (20) and an output optical system (30) are positioned on the input surface side of a reflective liquid crystal element (5) on which the laser beam (L) is made to fall through the input optical system (20). The angle of incident of the laser beam (L) on the input surface of the element (5) is approximately 90.degree.. The laser beam (L) reflected by the element (5) is directed to the object (15) through the optical system (30). A cooling means (17) which cools the element (5) is provided in contact with the surface of the element (5) opposite to the surface which the laser beam strikes. In such a way, the space for the optical systems (20) and (30) is reduced. The space occupied by the cooling means (17) is reduced and the cooling efficiency and cooling uniformity of the means (17) are improved because the means (17) is in direct contact with the element (5).

摘要: An improvement in an injection press composite molding machine, provides a nozzle touch mechanism in which even when the horizontal injection unit expands or contracts due to heat, the positional relation between the injection nozzle and the mold remains unchanged, and in which initial alignment of injection nozzle with the mold is easy, and further in which the thermal expansion or contraction thereof is small. An adjusting mechanism (40) for adjusting the position of an injection nozzle (10b) is provided on an upper portion of the stand (9) which presses the injection nozzle (10b) onto a lower mold (3). A positioning stopper (21) is provided for one end of a base (14) to which a table (4) of a horizontal injection unit (10) is journaled. The adjusting mechanism has a plurality of bolts for adjusting the vertical and horizontal positions of the injection nozzle. A heat insulating member may be interposed between the tips of these bolts and the injection nozzle.

摘要: In a combined injection-molding and pressing machine according to the present invention, an injector (10a) of horizontal injection apparatus (10) is disposed below a stationary die plate (2) of a vertical press (1), an injection nozzle (10b) of the injector (10a) is formed into an L-shaped, and the injection nozzle includes a valve (10c) for opening and closing a resin passsage. Corresponding to extension and contraction of the horizontal injection apparatus (10), a base (14) of a platform (4) mounting thereon the horizontal injection apparatus (10) is allowed to slide about the injection nozzle (10), and the L-shaped injection nozzle (10b) is caused to contact with a lower mold (3) at a predetermined surface pressure. Therefore, color changing and purging of resin is more efficient and complete. No need of a hot runner permits to employ an inexpensive and versatile mold that is more widely used in common. Since resin is surely loaded through the short resin passage, molding with stable quality can be produced. Even when the horizontal injection apparatus (10) extends and contracts, the lower mold (3) remains immobile and no resin is leaked. Further, the injector (10a) can be moved outwardly away from a position below the stationary die plate (2), which facilitates replacement and/or inspection of the injection nozzle (10b), a screw and so forth.

摘要: The invention provides a data storage device and a method of updating management information, capable of dealing with management information in a highly reliable manner so that information is not easily lost when an error occurs. File management information such as a FAT serving as address management information in a flash memory is stored in a management information area of the memory, a pair of blocks is assigned as blocks for use to store data of the FAT, and writing of updated FAT information is performed by alternately using the two blocks of the block pair such that previous FAT information is retained in one of the two blocks of the block pair, and updated FAT information is written in the other block of the block pair, whereby, even when an error occurs in the middle of the process of writing the updated management information, a process using the retained previous FAT information is possible.
