摘要： A pallet moulded from plastics material for supporting a flexible intermediate bulk container. It has a generally planar central panel portion, a pair of parallel inverted open channels extending across the pallet to form a respective pair of open-ended tunnels each tunnel having an upper wall and two side walls, and a pair of edge panel portions generally co-planar with the central panel. An array of raised elongate hump portions bulges upwards from the upper walls of the tunnels, each hump portion extending laterally across an upper wall. The two ends of the hump portions abut respective buttresses which extend up the side walls.

摘要： A single use retractable syringe (10) has an inner barrel (44) supporting a needle (16) at one end and is slidable within an outer barrel (11). In the packaged condition the inner barrel is in a position relative to the outer barrel such that the needle can be attached to a Luer connection on the inner barrel and projects from a first end (18) of the outer barrel. The inner barrel has first and second latching means (40, 41, 43) adjacent each end, respectively, and the outer barrel has retaining means (48) on the inner wall surface adjacent the second end thereof. When the inner barrel first latching means (40) is engaged with the retaining means the syringe is in position ready for use and after the first full depression of a plunger the inner barrel is released and moves to a position where the second latching means (41, 43) becomes permanently engaged with the retaining means. The needle is then fully enclosed within the outer barrel and the inner barrel projects from the second end (19) of the outer barrel.

摘要： Wellbore liner apparatus has been invented which, in one aspect, includes at least one tubular member for lining at least part of a lateral wellbore extending from a primary wellbore in the earth, at least one coupling bushing connected to the at least one tubular member and disposed in the primary wellbore, the coupling bushing having a bore therethrough from a top to a bottom thereof. In one aspect, the wellbore liner apparatus has two coupling bushings and a first tubular member and a second tubular member, the first tubular member secured to and extending down from the first coupling bushing to the second coupling bushing which is secured thereto, the second tubular member secured to and extending down from the second coupling bushing, with part of the second tubular member lining the lateral wellbore. Such systems are combinable with a wellbore milling system so that communication between the primary wellbore and the interior of the liner may be reestablished.

摘要： A device permitting a single primary laser producing a collimated beam at a given wavelength, to be used for different purposes by converting the collimated beam to a beam of different wavelength. The device comprises a secondary laser disposed within a body removably attached to the distal end of an articulated arm delivery system attached to the primary laser. Preferably, the secondary laser is interchangeable with respect to the delivery system thus to extend the wavelength (color) coverage of the primary laser according to the required wavelength conversion. The secondary laser may include an optical crystal or a circulated organic dye solution within a removable cell or reservoir. Appropriate lenses are provided to focus the primary beam and to determine the spot diameter of the conversed beam.
