    摘要: Signals propagating on an aggressor communication channel can cause detrimental interference in a victim communication channel. A signal processing circuit can generate an interference cancellation signal that, when applied to the victim communication channel, cancels the detrimental interference. The signal processing circuit can dynamically adjust or update two or more aspects of the interference cancellation signal, such as an amplitude or gain parameter and a phase or delay parameter. Via the dynamic adjustments, the signal processing circuit can adapt to changing conditions, thereby maintaining an acceptable level of interference cancellation in a fluctuating operating environment. A control circuit that implements the parametric adjustments can have at least two modes of operation, one for adjusting the amplitude parameter and one for adjusting the phase parameter. The modes can be selectable or can be intermittently available, for example.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method and kit for detection of two or more target molecules in a single tissue sample, such as for gene and protein dual detection in a single tissue sample. Methods comprise treating a tissue sample with a first binding moiety that specifically binds a first target molecule. Methods further comprise treating the tissue sample with a solution containing a soluble electron-rich aromatic compound prior to or concomitantly with contacting the tissue sample with a hapten-labeled binding moiety and detecting a second target molecule. In one example, the first target molecule is a protein and the second is a nucleic acid sequence, the first target molecule being detected by immunohistochemistry and the second by in situ hybridization. The disclosed method reduces background due to non-specific binding of the hapten-labeled specific binding moiety to an insoluble electron rich compound deposited near the first target molecule.

One embodiment comprised contacting the sample with two or more specific binding moieties that bind specifically to two or more different targets. The two or more specific binding moieties are conjugated to different haptens, and at least one of the haptens is an oxazole, a pyrazole, a thiazole, a nitroaryl compound other than dinitrophenyl, a benzofurazan, a triterpene, a urea, a thiourea, a rotenoid, a coumarin, a cyclolignan, a heterobiaryl, an azo aryl, or a benzodiazepine. The sample is contacted with two or more different anti-hapten antibodies that can be detected separately. The two or more different anti-hapten antibodies may be conjugated to different detectable labels.

    摘要: A document can contain multiple print layers. Different layers can be combined to produce different document versions. In this manner, a document can have an English version and a Spanish version sharing graphics layers but having different text layers. A document version specification can be used for producing a certain version of the document. Some documents, however, have many layers and desired layer combinations. A set of document version specifications can be used to ensure that all the desired versions are produced without any version being forgotten or any undesired version being produced. Dividing the layers amongst a set of layer groups helps in creating the specifications. A set of rules can be submitted to a rule module to automatically generate the desired specifications.

    摘要: Offline proofing systems and methods for color image processing may include receiving a digitized image document to be press printed in a job, determining job status as corresponding to one of a color managed proof and a color managed press, installing a proofer profile as an output profile and a press profile as a simulation profile in response to the job status corresponding to the color managed proof, printing the job by the proof printer as a proof copy in response to the color managed proof, installing the press profile as an output profile and discarding the simulation profile in response to the job status corresponding to the color managed press, and printing the job by the press printer as a press copy in response to the color managed press. The color managed press may be based on a customer contract approval. The proofer profile may correspond to a proof printer and the press profile may correspond to a press printer. These systems and methods may further provide the input file in an RGB space to be translated through a profile connection space to at least one of the simulation profile and the output profile in CMYK space.
