    摘要: A polyolefin composition, comprising: (A) from 5 to 95 parts by weight of a crystalline propylene polymer having an isotactic index greater than 80, selected from polypropylene homopolymer and propylene copolymers containing 0.5 to 15 mol % of ethylene and/or an α-olefin having 4 to 10 carbon atoms, and (B) from 5 to 95 parts by weight of an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer containing from 35 to 70% by weight of ethylene, from 30 to 65% by weight of an olefin CH2═CHR, in which R a hydrocarbyl radical with 1-12 carbon atoms, and from 0 to 10% of a polyene characterized by (i) a Molecular Weight Distribution expressed by Mw/Mn of higher than 3, (ii) a content of 2-1 regioinvertions of the α-olefin units of lower than 5% and (iii) a value of Shore A and content by weight of ethylenic units, calculated on the basis of the whole polymer, such that the point defined by such values falls below the curve defined by the following equation: Y=0.0438X2-4.1332X+A where Y is the value of the Shore A, X is the weight percentage of ethylene units in the polymer calculated by NMR and A is 145.

    摘要: Disclosed are plastic copolymers of propylene with linear dienes having conjugated double bonds, in particular with butadiene, characterized by a molar ratio between the dienic units in configuration 1,2 and those in configuration 1,4 higher than 0.2, preferably higher than 1.Such copolymers are prepared by copolymerization of propylene with linear dienes in the presence of stereospecific catalysts comprising a halogen Ti compound supported on a Mg halide.The copolymers can be reacted with radically polymerizable monomers, thus obtaining functionalized products suited to be transformed into films having good adhesion characteristics.

    摘要: A process for preparing components of catalysts for the polymerization of alpha-olefins and mixtures thereof with ethylene is disclosed. The process comprises reacting a Ti compound having at least oe Ti-halogen linkage with either (1) a mixture of a hydrocarbyl electron-donor compound ED which does not contain active H atoms and an adduct (a) of a Mg dihalide with at least one hydrocarbyl electron-donor compound AH containing active H atoms, or (2) with an adduct (b) of at least a Mg dihalide with a compound AH and ED defined in (1), adducts (a) and (b) being obtained without co-grinding of the Mg dihalide with compounds AH and ED.

    摘要: Crystalline polymers and copolymers of propylene having total MIL values>2 g/10 minutes, total [η] values in tetrahydronaphthalene at 135° C.≦2.8 dl/g, mW/MN values>20, a fraction insoluble in xylene at 25° C.≧94, and including from 10 to 60% by weight of a fraction (A) having [η]≧2.6, are prepared by way of sequential polymerization in at least two stages, in the presence of a particular Ziegler-Natta catalysts supported on magnesium halides. These polymers have high melt strength, high mechanical properties, and are particularly adequate for the manufacture of articles by using various conversion technologies, such as for example extrusion in thin sheets to be subjected to thermoforming, as well as for injection molding, and blow molding.

    摘要: Elastoplastic polyolefin compositions endowed with high flexibility, comprising:A) 10-50 parts by weight of a homopolymer of propylene with isotactic index greater than 80, or a copolymer of propylene with ethylene, another .alpha.-olefin, or combinations thereof, which copolymer contains over 85% by weight of propylene;B) 5-20 parts by weight of a copolymer fraction containing ethylene, insoluble in xylene at ambient temperature;C) 40-80 parts by weight of a copolymer fraction of ethylene and propylene or another .alpha.-olefin, or combinations thereof, and, optionally, minor portions of a diene, said fraction containing less than 40% by weight of ethylene, being soluble in xylene at ambient temperature, and having an intrinsic viscosity from 1.5 to 4 dl/g; the percent by weight of the sum of the (B) and (C) fractions with respect to the total polyolefin composition being of from 50% to 90% and the (B)/(C) weight ratio being lower than 0.4.
