摘要: A liquid discharge apparatus includes a liquid discharge device, circuitry, and a curing device. The liquid discharge device is configured to discharge a liquid having a curing degree variable by a stimulation amount while relatively moving to a recording medium. The circuitry is configured to acquire surface roughness information indicating glossiness of a formed object formed on the recording medium and set a stimulation amount for the liquid based on the surface roughness information. The curing device is configured to stimulate the liquid discharged by the liquid discharge device based on the stimulation amount set by the circuitry to cure the liquid. The circuitry is configured to set, based on the surface roughness information, the stimulation amount for each region stimulated by the curing device in a same plane of the formed object.

摘要: In accordance with sonic embodiments of the present invention, an active energy ray curable composition including a polymerizable compound composition is provided. When the active energy ray curable composition is formed into a film having an average thickness of 10 μm on a substrate and, after a lapse of 15 seconds, the film is irradiated with an active energy ray having a light quantity of 1,500 mJ/cm2 to become a cured product, the cured product satisfies the following conditions (1) and (2): (1) when the substrate is a polypropylene substrate, the cured product has a glass transition temperature of 60° C. or more; and (2) when the substrate is a polycarbonate substrate, an adhesion between the polycarbonate substrate and the cured product is 70 or more, the adhesion being measured according to a cross-cut adhesion test defined in Japanese industrial Standards K5400.

The active energy ray curable composition includes polymerizable compounds including a first monofunctional monomer having a polar group, a second monofunctional monomer having no polar group, and a polyfunctional monomer. The homopolymer of each of the first monofunctional monomer and the second monofunctional monomer has a glass transition temperature of 50° C. or more. The first monofunctional monomer and the second monofunctional monomer account for 50% by mass or more of the polymerizable compounds in total, and the polyfunctional monomer accounts for 30% by mass or less of the polymerizable compounds.

摘要: An active energy ray curable composition including a polymerizable compound is provided. When a three-layer cured product of the active energy ray composition is obtained by a specific procedure, the three-layer cured product has (1) a stretchability of 1.1 or more and (2) a glass transition temperature of 50° C. or more. The stretchability is defined by a ratio L2/L1, wherein L1 represents a first length of the cured product before a tensile test and L2 represents a second length of the cured product after the tensile test. The tensile test includes stretching the cured product along with the substrate with a tensile tester at a stretching speed of 20 mm/min and a temperature of 180° C.
