Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for producing a shaped body by selective laser sintering of a sinter powder (SP). The sinter powder (SP) comprises at least one semicrystalline polyamide, at least one nylon-6I/6T and at least one polyaryl ether. The present invention further relates to a shaped body obtainable by the process of the invention and to the use of a polyaryl ether in a sinter powder (SP) for broadening the sintering window (WSP) of the sinter powder (SP).

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for producing a molded body by the selective laser sintering of a sinter powder (SP). The sinter powder (SP) contains at least one polyamide (P) and 5 to 50 wt %, preferably 10 to 50 wt %, of at least one aluminum silicate. The at least one aluminum silicate has a D50 value in the range of 2.5 to 4.5 μm. The present invention also relates to molded bodies obtainable by means of the method according to the invention.

Abstract: Thermoplastic polyamide particles comprise at least one polyamide and at least one particulate inorganic filler having a density of at least 2.5 g/cm3, the thermoplastic polyamide particles having a density of at least 1.65 g/cm3, preferably at least 1.9 g/cm3, and an ellipsoidal or approximately ellipsoidal shape with a largest diameter of 1 to 100 mm, preferably 2 to 10 mm, more preferably 3 to 8 mm, or they comprise at least one polyamide and at least one inorganic filler, which is a particulate BaSO4 filler, having a D50-value of the particle size distribution of at least 10 μm and/or a D90-value of at least 15 μm, preferably at least 40 μm.
