摘要: A memory in-pixel (MIP) circuit, a driving method of the MIP circuit, and an LCD panel fabricated using the MIP circuit. The MIP circuit comprising an input circuit, a control circuit and an output circuit. The input circuit brings the first input terminal and the second input terminal into conduction with a first node and a second node respectively in response to the first control signal of the first control terminal being active. The control circuit is configured to set and maintain the potential of a third node or a fourth node active based on the potential of the first node and the second node. The output circuit is configured to bring the output terminal into conduction with the first or second input terminal according to the potential of the third and the fourth node in response to the second control signal of the second control terminal being active.

摘要: In one embodiment, a display panel includes: a first polarization sheet, a second polarization sheet and a liquid crystal box between the first polarization sheet and the second polarization sheet. The display panel further includes: a control electrode layer and a control module; wherein the control electrode layer is provided to the liquid crystal box, the control electrode layer comprises a plurality of separated strip electrodes, a preset pitch that satisfies a requirement of grating formation is formed between adjacent strip electrodes, and transmittances of the strip electrodes are changeable under voltage. The control module is coupled to the strip electrodes and is configured to output a voltage to the strip electrodes to change the transmittances of the strip electrodes such that the control electrode layer becomes a grating or is totally transparent.

The capillary channel is disposed at at least one of the substrate; the plurality of first electrothermal components are disposed at the substrate and distributed to be spaced apart in an extending direction of the capillary channel; and each of the first switch elements is coupled with a current circuit with which the first electrothermal components are coupled, and receiving a control signal to control closure of a current circuit coupled with which the plurality of first electrothermal components are coupled.

摘要: The invention provides an array substrate, a method for manufacturing the array substrate, and a display panel, the array substrate includes a plurality of thin film transistors, and the method includes: S1. preparing a base substrate on which sources and drains of the thin film transistors are formed; S2. forming an insulation layer on the base substrate such that the insulation layer includes spacer regions and a plurality of strip-shaped electrode regions, and every two adjacent strip-shaped electrode regions are separated from each other by the spacer region; S3. forming a spacer layer on the spacer regions of the insulation layer; S4. forming a pattern including strip-shaped electrodes on the strip-shaped electrode regions of the insulation layer; S5. peeling off the spacer layer on the spacer region. The invention can prevent every two adjacent strip-shaped electrodes from interconnecting due to etching residues, so as to improve product performance.

摘要: A digital microfluidic chip and a digital microfluidic system. The digital microfluidic chip comprises: an upper substrate and a lower substrate arranged opposite to each other; multiple driving circuits and multiple addressing circuits disposed between the lower substrate and the upper substrate; and a control circuit, electrically connected to the driving circuits and the addressing circuits. The control circuit is configured to apply, in a driving stage, a driving voltage to each driving circuit, such that a droplet is controlled to move inside a droplet accommodation space according to a set path, measure, in a detection stage, after a bias voltage is applied to each addressing circuit, a charge loss amount of each addressing circuit, and to determine the position of the droplet according to the charge loss amount. The charge loss amount of each addressing circuit is related to the intensity of received external light.
