摘要: A pixel circuit, a driving method thereof, an array substrate, and a display device are provided. The pixel circuit includes signal inputting sub-circuit, signal reading sub-circuit, and photosensitive element. The signal inputting sub-circuit is configured to: under control of inputting control terminal, turn on coupling between signal inputting terminal and first terminal of photosensitive element in signal writing period, and turn off coupling between signal inputting terminal and first terminal of photosensitive element in exposure period and signal reading period. The signal reading sub-circuit is configured to: under control of reading control terminal, turn off coupling between first terminal of photosensitive element and signal reading terminal in signal writing period and exposure period, and turn on coupling between first terminal of photosensitive element and signal reading terminal in signal reading period. Second terminal of photosensitive element is coupled to common electrode signal inputting terminal.

摘要: A digital microfluidic chip and a digital microfluidic system. The digital microfluidic chip comprises: an upper substrate and a lower substrate arranged opposite to each other; multiple driving circuits and multiple addressing circuits disposed between the lower substrate and the upper substrate; and a control circuit, electrically connected to the driving circuits and the addressing circuits. The control circuit is configured to apply, in a driving stage, a driving voltage to each driving circuit, such that a droplet is controlled to move inside a droplet accommodation space according to a set path, measure, in a detection stage, after a bias voltage is applied to each addressing circuit, a charge loss amount of each addressing circuit, and to determine the position of the droplet according to the charge loss amount. The charge loss amount of each addressing circuit is related to the intensity of received external light.

摘要: The present application provides an array base plate and a method for manufacturing the same, a display panel, the array base plate including a substrate; a first conducting layer located at one side of the substrate, and including a plurality of data lines arranged in an array; a second conducting layer located at one side of the first conducting layer away from the substrate, and in direct contact with a part of a region of the first conducting layer, and including a pixel electrode and a compensating electrode; wherein an orthographic projection of the compensating electrode on the substrate is located within orthographic projections of the data lines on the substrate. The embodiments of the present application provide an array base plate with low cost, high preparation yield, and good reliability.

The shift register of the present disclosure includes: a forward scanning input sub-circuit for pre-charging a potential of a pull-up node by an operation level signal under control of a forward input signal and a forward scanning signal upon scanning forwards; a backward scanning input sub-circuit for pre-charging the potential of the pull-up node by an operation level signal under control of a backward input signal and a backward scanning signal upon scanning backwards; an output sub-circuit for outputting a clock signal through a signal output terminal under control of the potential of the pull-up node; wherein the pull-up node is a connection node of the forward scanning input sub-circuit, the backward scanning input sub-circuit and the output sub-circuit.

The electrowetting display panel includes a first substrate, including a first insulating layer, a first electrode layer on the first insulating layer, and a first lyophobic layer on a side of the first electrode layer away from the first insulating layer; a second substrate facing the first substrate, including a second electrode layer, and a second lyophobic layer on the second electrode layer; and a plurality of sealing elements between the first substrate and the second substrate to define a plurality of fluid channels, each of the plurality of sealing elements being in the inter-subpixel area. The electrowetting display panel includes a first fluid reservoir and a respective one of the plurality of fluid channels between the first lyophobic layer and the second lyophobic layer.

The liquid crystal handwriting board includes: a liquid crystal panel, and a drive assembly electrically connected to the liquid crystal panel; wherein the liquid crystal panel includes: a first substrate and a second substrate that are opposite to each other, and a liquid crystal layer disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate; and the drive assembly is configured to apply, based on position information of a region to be erased, a pixel voltage to a pixel electrode in the region to be erased in the case that the liquid crystal handwriting board is in an erasing mode, such that a voltage difference is developed between the pixel electrode in the region to be erased and the common electrode.
