Abstract: Disclosed are a method for increasing a sequencing resolution, and a sequencing device and system. The method includes carrying out irradiation and excitation on a sample to be tested containing a fluorescent dye with at least one type of excitation light to generate a fluorescence signal, where a maximum wavelength in the excitation light is smaller than a wavelength of red light; and the transmitting the generated fluorescence signal through an optical path, and collecting and imaging the signal.

Abstract: Disclosed are a super-resolution imaging system (1, 41, 51), a super-resolution imaging method, a biological sample identification system (4, 61) and method, a nucleic acid sequencing imaging system (5) and method, and a nucleic acid identification system (6) and method. The super-resolution imaging system (1, 41, 51) includes an illumination system (A) and an imaging system (B). The illumination system (A) outputs excitation light to irradiate a biological sample to generate excited light, and the imaging system (B) collects and records the excited light to generate an excited light image. The illumination system (A) includes an excitation light source (10, 10a) and a structured light generation and modulation device (11, 11a). The excitation light source (10, 10a) outputs the excitation light, and the structured light generation and modulation device (11, 11a) modulates the excitation light into structured light to irradiate the biological sample to generate the excited light.

Abstract: A lens-free microscopic imaging system (11), which is used to image microbeads (15) with pattern codes, includes an illumination system (11a) and an imaging system (11b). The illumination system (11a) includes an illumination light source (111) and an excitation light source (112). The imaging system (11b) includes an image sensor (113). The illumination light source (111) is used to emit illumination light to irradiate the microbeads (15), causing the irradiated microbeads (15) to be imaged on the image sensor. The excitation light source (112) is used to emit excitation light to excite the microbeads (15) to generate specific signals. The image sensor (113) is used to collect the images of the microbeads (15) and the specific signals to generate images. The imaging system (11) does not require a lens system. The present disclosure improves a detection efficiency of the microbeads (15).
