    Abstract: Disclosed in embodiments of the present disclosure are a lens array and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method for the lens array includes the following steps: depositing a first film layer on a first substrate, and manufacturing and forming a tapered structure array through a patterning process; and depositing a second film layer on the tapered structure array, thereby covering a top of a tapered structure, so as to form a lenticular structure array, wherein a top of a lenticular structure is a cambered surface. The lens array is manufactured by the above manufacturing method, wherein the lens array includes a plurality of lenses arranged in an array, and the arch heights of the plurality of lenses are the same and larger than or equal to a set value.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a splicing nano-imprint template, a repair method of a splicing seam thereof, and a manufacturing method thereof. The repair method of the splicing seam of the splicing nano-imprint template includes: providing a splicing nano-imprint plate, in which the splicing nano-imprint plate includes a base substrate and splicing modules that are positioned on the base substrate, a splicing seam is provided between adjacent spicing modules, and each of the splicing modules includes a unit pattern; forming a repair adhesive layer at least at the splicing seam; and performing a patterning process on the repair adhesive layer to form a repair module, in which the repair module includes the unit pattern.

    Abstract: A display panel includes a substrate and a grating disposed on a light-emitting side of the display panel. The grating includes a plurality of protruding portions and a plurality of interval portions, each interval portion is located between two adjacent protruding portions. The plurality of protruding portions are arranged on the substrate along a first direction, and each protruding portion extends along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. Each protruding portion includes an outer surface and a bottom surface; the outer surface is a smooth curved surface, and the bottom surface is a flat surface. A cross-sectional figure of each protruding portion along a thickness direction of the display panel is a first figure; the first figure includes a curve and a bottom edge, and the first figure is a dosed figure formed by the curve and the bottom edge. The curve is a cross-sectional figure of the outer surface along the thickness direction of the display panel, and the bottom edge is a cross-sectional figure of the bottom surface along the thickness direction of the display panel.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display panel, a metasurface lens, and a manufacturing method thereof. The metasurface lens includes: a first substrate and a second substrate disposed opposite to each other; multiple first micro nanostructures arranged at intervals on one side of the first substrate facing the second substrate; multiple second micro nanostructures arranged at intervals on one side of the second substrate facing the first substrate; wherein at least one of the first micro nanostructures is located in gaps between multiple of the second micro nanostructures, and at least one of the second micro nanostructures is located in gaps between multiple of the first micro nanostructures. The present disclosure can reduce the difficulty of the manufacturing process.
