摘要: The present disclosure provides a flexible display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The flexible display device includes a base substrate; a pixel defining layer disposed on the base substrate defining a plurality of light emitting regions; and a first electrode layer disposed on a side of the pixel defining layer away from the base substrate and in light-emitting regions. A thin film encapsulation layer covers the first electrode layer and has protrusions protruding toward the pixel defining layer at a plurality of positions.

The mask plate includes a first blocking area, a first opening area and at least one encapsulation control area, wherein an edge of an orthographic projection, on a display panel, of the first opening area surrounds a display area of the display panel; the encapsulation control area surrounds the first opening area, and includes a plurality of second opening areas and a plurality of second blocking areas which are arranged alternatively; the first blocking area surrounds the first opening area, is between the first opening area and the encapsulation control area, and has no overlapping area with the encapsulation control area.

摘要: There are provided a PI substrate, a preparation method thereof and a display device. The preparation method includes: forming a first separable film at an edge region of a substrate; forming a first-layer polyamic acid (PAA) film on the first separable film and the substrate; stripping the first separable film and the first-layer PAA film that covers the first separable film to expose the edge region of the substrate; and performing imidization on the first-layer PAA film on the substrate with the edge region exposed, to enable the first-layer PAA film to be transformed into a first-layer PI film, thereby avoiding uneven film thicknesses at edges of the first-layer PI substrates.

摘要: A flexible display panel, a manufacturing method thereof and a flexible display device, which relate to the technical field of flexible display and reduce the probability of the occurrence of cracks on an inorganic encapsulation structure when a flexible display panel is bent, so that the service life of light emitting devices in the flexible display substrate is prolonged. The flexible display panel includes a flexible display substrate and an encapsulation structure arranged on a surface of the flexible display substrate. A portion of the encapsulation structure corresponding to a non-display region is an inorganic encapsulation structure. The flexible display panel further includes an organic encapsulation layer covering the inorganic encapsulation structure. The manufacturing method of a flexible display panel manufacture the flexible display panel described in the above technical solutions. The flexible display panel provided by the present disclosure is used in a flexible display device.
