    Abstract: A flexible display panel, a manufacturing method thereof and a flexible display device, which relate to the technical field of flexible display and reduce the probability of the occurrence of cracks on an inorganic encapsulation structure when a flexible display panel is bent, so that the service life of light emitting devices in the flexible display substrate is prolonged. The flexible display panel includes a flexible display substrate and an encapsulation structure arranged on a surface of the flexible display substrate. A portion of the encapsulation structure corresponding to a non-display region is an inorganic encapsulation structure. The flexible display panel further includes an organic encapsulation layer covering the inorganic encapsulation structure. The manufacturing method of a flexible display panel manufacture the flexible display panel described in the above technical solutions. The flexible display panel provided by the present disclosure is used in a flexible display device.

    Abstract: An array substrate and a method for fabricating the same are disclosed. The method for fabricating the array substrate comprises: forming a pattern of a gate electrode (2) and a common electrode (3) on a substrate (1); forming a pattern of a gate insulating layer (4), an active layer (5), a source/drain electrode layer (6) and a first passivation layer (7), wherein the first passivation layer (7) has a via hole and a thin film transistor (TFT) channel window, and the TFT channel window is located above the gate electrode (2); forming a TFT channel and a pixel electrode (9) with slits, wherein the pixel electrode (9) is connected to one of the source/drain electrode (6) through the via hole. The method is not only simple and stable but also improves the TFT quality.

    Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display panel, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device are provided, the organic light emitting diode display panel includes: a pixel defining layer, which includes a first opening, a second opening and a pixel defining structure between the first opening and the second opening, the first opening is provided with a light emitting layer and a first electrode which are stacked, the second opening is not provided with the light emitting layer; a first lateral edge of the pixel defining structure adjacent to the first opening forms a first included angle with a plane parallel to a main surface of the base substrate, and a second lateral edge of the pixel defining structure adjacent to the second opening forms a second included angle with a plane parallel to the base substrate, the first included angle is smaller than the second included angle.

    Abstract: Provided are a display substrate, a preparation method thereof and a display apparatus. The display substrate includes a substrate and a plurality of pixel units disposed in matrix on the substrate, wherein each pixel unit includes a plurality of sub-pixels, and each sub-pixel includes a driving structure layer, a first electrode and a first pixel define layer on the driving structure layer, and a light absorption layer disposed on the first pixel define layer.
