    摘要: The present disclosure provides a system and a method for controlling a charge pump circuit, and a display device. The system includes the charge pump circuit configured to output a driving voltage to a gate driver circuit; and a controlling device in communication with the charge pump circuit and a timer and configured to, when a working time of the gate driver circuit is equal to a predefined working time threshold, reset the working time of the gate driver circuit to an initial value, acquire a compensating voltage corresponding to the working time of the gate driver circuit in accordance with a correspondence between the working time and the compensating voltage, output a compensating voltage signal and increase the driving voltage outputted by the charge pump circuit by the compensating voltage.

    摘要: An array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The array substrate includes a substrate (1); a plurality of signal lines (2, 4) formed of a metal layer, which are disconnected at a cut zone (12, 13) of the substrate (1); a plurality of connecting leads (6, 7) disposed in an adjacent layer of the signal lines (2, 4), which correspond to locations (12, 13) of the signal lines (2, 4) where they are disconnected, and directly contact with the signal lines (2, 4); wherein, two ends of each of the signal lines (2, 4) in its disconnected position are electrically joined by the connecting leads (6, 7). A connecting lead (6, 7) formed of an inert material is provided in an adjacent layer of a gate line (2) or/and a data line (3), and two ends of the gate line (2) or/and data line (3) in a disconnected position are joined by the connecting lead (6, 7), so as to avoid an issue that metal is easy to be corroded after the array substrate is cut.
