摘要: The present discourse relates to a technical field of a manufacture of a display device, and in particular relates to a light bar assembling device and a light bar assembling method using the light bar assembling device. The light bar assembling device includes a rotating platform and a press drive module disposed at an outside of the rotating platform. The rotating platform is provided with bonding process positioning carriers for back plates to be bonded with the light bar and pressing process positioning carriers for the back plates bonded with the light bars. The press drive module is configured to perform a pressing operation on the light bar bonded at the back plate. The device can integrate the bonding process and the pressing process, improving work efficiency.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an OLED display panel, a preparation method thereof and an OLED display device. By providing an uneven surface on a side of a first encapsulation layer away from the organic light-emitting function layer in a non-display area, the uneven surface of the first encapsulation layer can block the flow of the second encapsulation layer to a certain extent, so as to reduce the fluidity and the climbing distance of the edge of the second encapsulation layer, and increase the edge stress and the slope angle. Thereby the narrow frame design of the product is achieved, the thickness uniformity of the edge of the second encapsulation layer is improved, the Mura defect in the non-display area is avoided, and the encapsulation result is guaranteed.

The laser lift-off method includes: controlling a laser beam to penetrate a substrate along a first irradiation direction, so as to scan an interface between a material layer and the substrate stacked on each other, wherein there is at least one particle on a side of the substrate away from the material layer, and a region of the interface not irradiated by the laser beam along the first irradiation direction is an occluded region; controlling another laser beam to penetrate the substrate along a second irradiation direction, so as to scan the interface between the material layer and the substrate, so that at least a part of the occluded region is irradiated by the another laser beam along the second irradiation direction; and separating the material layer from the substrate.
