    摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide a film coating apparatus and a film coating method, relating to the field of manufacturing of display devices. The film coating apparatus comprises a feeding unit, an attaching unit and a cutting unit, which are arranged on a base, wherein the feeding unit is configured to feed a film to be attached to the surface of a product; the attaching unit is connected to the feeding unit and configured to attach the film onto the surface of the product; and the cutting unit is connected to the feeding unit and configured to cut the film. According to the present invention, the film coating of a light guide plate, a semi-finished backlight product and a finished backlight product can be achieved, the labor intensity of operators is greatly reduced, the productivity is liberated, and the production efficiency is further improved. Meanwhile, coating deviation resulted from human factors is avoided, and the bottleneck in the automation of producing TFT-LCDs is overcome.

    摘要: An overturning and shifting mechanism, comprising: a carrier platform (10) on which a first item-sensing device (12) is disposed; a transporting device (11) on which a second item-sensing device (13) is disposed; an overturning device (14) which is positioned between the carrier platform (10) and the transporting device (11) and which comprises a driving device (141) and a rotating arm (142), the rotating arm (142) being provided with a suction structure (15) thereon; and a control device which is connected with the first item-sensing device (12), the second item-sensing device (13), the driving device (141) and the suction structure (15), wherein according to sensing signals of the first item-sensing device (12) and the second item-sensing device (13), the control device controls the driving device to drive the rotating arm (142) to rotate reciprocatingly between the carrier platform (10) and the transporting device (11), while at the same time the control device controls sucking or releasing operation of the suction structure (15). The mechanism is mainly used in production process of display devices and solves problems in contaminations and deformations due to overturning and shifting of display panels by manual operations in the conventional arts.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a backlight inspection equipment comprising a carrying platform configured to dispose a backlight to be inspected and an inspection plate movably disposed relative to the carrying platform. The inspection plate moves from a first position to a second position. When the inspection plate is disposed at the first position, a first light emitting region of the backlight to be inspected is exposed and a second light emitting region which is a region other than the first light emitting region is blocked. When the inspection plate is disposed at the second position, a third light emitting region of the backlight to be inspected, which is different from the first light emitting region, is exposed, and a fourth light emitting region which is a region other than third light emitting region is blocked.

The testing system comprises: a power module; a first ON/OFF module; a second ON/OFF module, wherein a circuit is formed by the power module, the first ON/OFF module, and the second ON/OFF module; and a control module electrically connected to the first ON/OFF module and the second ON/OFF module respectively. The second ON/OFF module is arranged to be electrically connected in parallel with the backlight source. The control module is configured such that when receiving a control signal, the control module controls the first ON/OFF module to switch to an ON state from an OFF state, and after a predetermined time delay, the control module controls the second ON/OFF module to switch to an OFF state from an ON state so as to connect the backlight source into the circuit.
