A signal of a second scanning line is the same as that of a third scanning line. The time of which the signal of the second scanning line is an active level signal comprises a first refresh time period, a second refresh time period and a third refresh time period, which sequentially occur at intervals. During the second refresh time period, a signal of a first scanning line is an inactive level signal. The voltage of a signal at a reset voltage end is a positive voltage, and the voltage of a signal at a first initial voltage end is a negative voltage.

摘要： Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a driving backplane and a display panel. The driving backplane has a plurality of sub-pixel regions, and includes: a base; a plurality of pixel driving circuits disposed on the base, one of the plurality of pixel driving circuits being disposed in one of the plurality of sub-pixel regions; and a plurality of data lines and a plurality of first power supply voltage lines disposed on the base. The first conductive pattern is electrically connected to a second electrode of the first switching transistor through a second via. An orthographic projection of the first conductive pattern on the base is located within an orthographic projection of the first power supply voltage line on the base.
