Abstract: An estimating device, including: a detecting section detecting electrical characteristics between a plurality of predetermined detection points at a flexible material, which is electrically conductive and which has electrical characteristics that vary in accordance with deformation, of a target object that has the flexible material; and an estimating section that inputs time-series electrical characteristics, which were detected by the detecting section, of an object of estimation to a learning model that is trained by using, as learning data, time-series electrical characteristics that vary in accordance with deformation of the flexible material, and deteriorated state information expressing a deteriorated state relating to deformation of the flexible material, such that the time-series electrical characteristics are inputs of the learning model and the learning model outputs the deteriorated state information, and the estimating section estimates deteriorated state information expressing a deteriorated state corresponding to inputted time-series electrical characteristics.

Abstract: An inference device detects, with a detection section, an electrical characteristic between plural predetermined detection points on a vehicle seat provided with a soft material that is conductive and that exhibits a change in an electrical characteristic according to a change in pressure imparted. An inference section employs a learning model to infer a posture state of an occupant of the vehicle seat from the electrical characteristic of the vehicle seat. The electrical characteristic when pressure has been imparted to the vehicle seat and the posture state information indicating the posture state of the occupant when imparting pressure to the vehicle seat are employed as training data for a learning model trained so as to be input with the electrical characteristic and output the posture state information, and trained so as to be input with the electrical characteristic and output the posture state of the occupant corresponding to the input electrical characteristic.

Abstract: The present invention provides a soft polyurethane foam which is obtained by expansion molding a starting foam liquid that contains a polyol, a polyisocyanate, a crosslinking agent, a foaming agent and a catalyst. This soft polyurethane foam is configured such that: a polyether polyol having a weight-average molecular weight (Mw) of 3,000 to 12,000 and 3.5 to 4 functional groups is contained therein as the polyol; the value of (ethylene oxide groups)/(propylene oxide groups) (in terms of a molar ratio) in all compounds contained therein as the crosslinking agent is 100 or more; a short-chain polyol having a weight-average molecular weight of 1,000 or less is contained therein as the crosslinking agent; and tolylene diisocyanate is contained therein as the polyisocyanate in an isocyanate index of 70 or more.
