摘要： The present disclosure provides a touch display panel, a driving method thereof and a display device. The touch display panel includes a plurality of touch electrodes distributed in an array and multiplexed as common electrodes, a plurality of scanning lines extending in the row direction of the touch electrodes, a plurality of detection lines extending in the column direction of the touch electrodes, and first control circuits which are in one-to-one correspondence to the touch electrodes. The touch electrodes, the scanning lines, the detection lines and the first control circuits are arranged on a base substrate, each row of the touch electrodes is coupled with one scanning line through the corresponding first control circuit, each column of the touch electrodes is coupled with one detection line through the corresponding first control circuit, and the detection lines and the scanning lines are insulated from each other.

摘要： An electrode for use in an ion implantation system includes a body portion and a penetration portion. The penetration portion includes penetration holes which are closely and regularly arranged. The penetration holes have the shape of a circle or a regular polygon with at least four sides. The electrode has an increased aperture ratio which, in turn, increases the density of the ion beam, thereby improving the efficiency of the ion implantation process.

摘要： A touch display device includes a backlight module (2) comprising a backlight iron frame (22); and a liquid crystal touch display panel (1) arranged on a light-emitting side of the backlight module; the liquid crystal touch display panel includes a touch electrode (11); and a compensation electrode (R) arranged on a side of the touch electrode facing the backlight module. The compensation electrode and the backlight iron frame are electrically connected with a ground signal terminal; and the touch electrode and the compensation electrode constitute a capacitor (C), a product of a capacitance value of the capacitor and a resistance value of the compensation electrode is smaller than a pulse width of a touch signal applied on the touch electrode, and an order of magnitude of the product is smaller than an order of magnitude of the pulse width of the touch signal.
