摘要： A removable cartridge-type pump for live well bait tanks in sport fishing boats wherein a motor impeller unit can be rapidly inserted and removed from a housing to which an input pipe is connected so as to clean the impeller and pump cavity and/or replace it with the different unit. An O-ring seal between the housing and the impeller unit serves as a liquid seal and also as a spring bias between the units. Either a bayonet connection or a screw connection may be made between the units and locking sears are provided so as to positively lock the units together.

摘要： An electrical raceway assembly for use with a structure is provided. The elongated raceway is engageable to the structure and has a length, a transverse base and a pair of opposite upstanding sidewalls extending along the length to define at least one channel configured for retaining electrical wires. A locking element secures and detachably engages the raceway to a surface of the structure. In one embodiment, the locking element includes a mounting plate, a stud, a core, and a locking lever. The stud has a threaded first end, an opposite second end, and a shoulder between the first and second end. The threaded first end is insertable through an opening defined in the mounting plate to engage a threaded hole in the surface of the structure. The core has a rounded outer surface and defines a thru-hole for receiving the second end of the stud. The locking lever includes a handle portion and a rounded camming portion. The camming portion defines a chamber for rotatably housing the core and a wall defining a groove in communication with the chamber for receiving the second end of the stud. The wall defines a contoured camming surface surrounding one end of the groove. The locking lever is rotatable about the second axis of the core from a first released position to a second locked position with the camming surface bearing against the mounting plate to securely engage the raceway to the structure.

摘要： A drop-on-demand printer system has a print head including a manifold plate and one nozzle plate for each desired printing nozzle array. The manifold plate carries dot valves each controlling the flow of ink to one nozzle of each array. Ink passed by each dot valve flows through an outlet passageway to an opening. The nozzle plates each mount a nozzle array on a front side surface in linear columns with staggered nozzles. On each nozzle plate back side surface, grooves couple ink from one manifold outlet passageway opening to one nozzle. The manifold outlet passageway openings are located to be symmetrical at 180 degrees of rotation so that all the nozzle plates can be mounted on the manifold plate in either one of two positions rotated 180 degrees from one another.

摘要： A bracket retaining and support structure for cooperative engagement with a wall stud and adapted for receipt in passageways disposed thereon of the hook ends of support brackets for shelves or the like. The bracket support structure includes a pair of oppositely disposed elongate extruded metal members having respective matingly engageable tongue and groove portions to enable assembly of the channel members together to form the support structure. An elongate metal bar provided with said passageways along the length thereof is retained by said support structure in a slot formed between said channel members; a pair of closely spaced forwardly extending flanges on the channel members form an entranceway in the support structure opening to the passageways on the metal bar to permit insertion of the hook ends of the support brackets within the passageways. In one embodiment, the bar has closely-spaced cut-out portions or notches along the elongate edges thereof and the walls of the bar-receiving slot within which the bar is disposed are deformed into the notches to permanently retain the bar within the slot. In another embodiment, the bar is provided with knurling to bite into the walls of the slot upon permanent assembly of the bar therewithin. In further embodiments, the bar is provided with a rolled groove or a plurality of shear-form protruding portions to bite into the walls of the slot for permanent assembly of the bar therewithin.

摘要： An article marking apparatus of the reciprocable impact type wherein an imprinting head is driven from a rest condition sealably engaged with an inking cartridge assembly through a 90.degree. rotation to impact upon the surface of a passing article whereby to imprint indicia information thereon represented by printing type font carried by said imprinting head. The imprinting head is pivotally coupled to a pneumatic drive device by a linkage assembly including a drive link. The imprinting head mounts a shaft having freely rotatable bushings at its opposite ends. Opposite cam slots are provided formed in the housing for receipt of the bushings for guilding the imprinting head along a predetermined path for translating said head through an imprinting stroke and return while the head is rotated at constant angular rotational accelleration. The peak of the rate of angular rotation of the head occurs midway in the stroke with the head assuming a motion to the terminus. When the terminus of the stroke is reached, the type holder continues inertially to extend from the head to impact gently upon the surface to be imprinted. The return stroke is initiated after impact. The drive link is mounted directly to the plunger of the pneumatic drive; the plunger is mounted on an eccentric pivot axis. The said eccentric axis can be changed to provide a vernier adjustment of the stroke limits.

摘要： An article marking apparatus of the reciprocable impact type wherein an imprinting head is driven from a rest condition in sealed engagement with an inking cartridge through a ninety degree rotation to impact upon the surface of a passing article whereby to imprint indicia information thereon by means of printing type carried by said imprinting head. The imprinting head is an integral part of a carrier or shuttle device pivotally coupled to a pneumatic drive device by a folding linkage including a drive link supplemented by an idler coupled between the shuttle and the carrier. A guide member is provided in intercepting relation to the shuttle to maintain the shuttle along a preferred path toward a straight line vertical orientation aligned with a window through which the imprint is effected. The inking cartridge is removably mounted within said marking apparatus to intercept the imprinting head carried by said shuttle. A cushioning member is provided to receive the impact of the imprinting head against the ink cartridge. A dished sealing plate also can be provided, along with a resilient gasket adhered to the imprinting head, whereby to achieve a seal between cartridge and imprinting head during the rest condition and to control the impact of the imprinting head upon the article during imprinting. A sensing switch is provided for initiating the imprinting operation and a return switch also is provided for actuating return of the shuttle to place the imprinting head back in the rest condition sealing engaged with the ink cartridge.

The panel is carried by the frame for movement between an open position and a closed position. The spring is attached to the panel to bias the panel open. The frame includes a plurality of groves retaining seals such as fibrous weatherseal to seal the interface between the panel and the frame against penetration by the elements. The control system is in communication with the motor to actuate the motor, thereby moving the panel with the assistance of the spring. The control system includes an antenna in the panel for emitting a low frequency (RFID) signal, and a fob that is worn by a pet to communicate with the antenna to actuate the motor.
