    摘要: A mask plate, a method for manufacturing a mask plate, and a method for manufacturing an organic light-emitting device are disclosed. The mask plate includes a substrate and a first opening portion and a second opening portion formed on the substrate. The first opening portion includes a first edge and a second edge, an extending line of the first edge and an extending line of the second edge intersect at a first vertex to form a first corner, the second opening portion is at the first corner and protrudes outward, and an edge of the second opening portion intersects with the first edge and the second edge. The first opening portion and the second opening portion are used for evaporation on a display area of an organic light-emitting device, and the second opening portion is used to compensate for a corner of the display area during evaporation.

    摘要: There is provided a pixel array including a plurality of sub-pixels, which include first sub-pixels, second sub-pixels, and third sub-pixels. The first and third sub-pixels are alternately arranged along a row direction and form a plurality of first pixel rows, the first and third sub-pixels, which are in a same column, in the plurality of first pixel rows are alternately arranged, and the second sub-pixels are arranged along the row direction and form second pixel rows. Lines sequentially connecting centers of any two of the first sub-pixels and any two of the third sub-pixels, which are arranged in an array, together form a first virtual quadrilateral, and one of the second sub-pixels is in each first virtual quadrilateral. At least one interior angle of the first virtual quadrilateral is not 90°. At least one of the first, second and third sub-pixels has a corner circularly or rectilinearly chamfered.

A display panel, including: a plurality of first light emitting layers arranged in an array in a first direction and a second direction; and a pixel defining layer including a plurality of first openings, wherein each first opening has a reduced size in the first direction, so that the corresponding first light emitting zone defined by the first opening has a first misalignment tolerance range in the first direction, and has a second misalignment tolerance range in the second direction, the corresponding first light emitting zone is allowed to shift in the first direction within the first misalignment tolerance range without overlapping the shaded region of the corresponding first light emitting layer.
