The method is performed by a management platform, including: determining a target monitoring device of a target site based on the construction site information, obtaining muck truck monitoring data of the target site through the target monitoring device, obtaining dropped muck situation information of the muck truck in different time periods and determining muck truck management information by performing muck processing information analysis based on the muck truck monitoring data, determining vehicle dust situation information through a fourth model, determining a dropped muck reason or a dust reason through a third model, and issuing different processing instructions based on different reasons of dropped muck and/or dust produced by the muck truck.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses an Industrial Internet of Things, a control method, and a medium for automatically controlling working parameters of a manufacturing device. The Industrial Internet of Things may include an obtaining module and a determination module, wherein the obtaining module is configured to obtain a finished product-required parameter information and a user instruction, wherein the finished product-required parameter information includes finished gear-required parameter information of a gear machining device; and the determination module is configured to: obtain historical relating data information; determine a plurality of initial parameter combinations; and determine a target parameter combination of a gear processing process by a preset algorithm; generate combined data of the manufacturing device based on at least one of the target parameter combination of the gear processing process, a target parameter combination of a screw machining process, and a target parameter combination of a bearing machining process.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an industrial IoT for correction and regulation of a defective product, a control method, and a storage medium. The industrial IoT includes a user platform, a service platform, a management platform, and a sensing network platform that interact in sequence. The service platform, the management platform, and the sensing network platform are all arranged in a front-sub-platform layout. The control method is applied in the industrial IoT. The industrial IoT may calculate whether a defective product is correctable according to a correction cost of the defective product, and may reduce the correction cost and a time consumption of a corresponding correction device, thereby reducing correction cost of the defective product and a loss in a manufacturing process, further ensuring a normal product manufacturing efficiency of the correction device, and thus reducing a correction loss of a waste product and the defective product.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a system of an industrial internet of things for industrial production control and a method. The system of industrial internet of things includes a user platform, a service platform, a management platform, a sensor network platform, and an object platform that interact in turn. The service platform adopts a centralized layout, and the management platform and the sensor network platform adopt a front sub platform layout. The user platform generates product manufacturing parameters of a production line, and transmits them in a form of instructions through the service platform, the management platform, and the sensor network platform. The sensor network platform finally integrates the received instructions with the real-time manufacturing data of the product to form different types of configuration files, and transmits them to the object platform, so that the object platform can perform production control processing based on the received data.
