摘要: A smoking path simulation system includes a case, the robotic arm fixedly provided in the case and a cigarette holder mounted at a working end of the robotic arm, and further includes a feeding device, a cigarette tapping device and a cigarette lighting device provided in the case and located at a periphery of the robotic arm, as well as an image acquisition device mounted at the working end of the robotic arm. With the smoking path simulation system, an action path of smoking a cigarette by a consumer may be simulated, and consistency of the simulated action paths may be guaranteed, thus effectively improving precision of test of indexes of a cigarette-combustion performance, such as cigarette-combustion ash integration characteristics, or the like.

摘要: A robotic arm includes a base, a first robotic arm, a second robotic arm, a robotic hand and a cigarette holder connected in sequence. The cigarette holder includes a cigarette insertion hole and a cigarette smoking tube. The cigarette smoking tube is connected to a smoking simulator. The robotic arm further includes at least one air exhausting hole. The air exhausting hole is located around the cigarette holder and communicated with an air exhauster through an air exhausting pipe. The robotic arm swings to control the cigarette holder to carry a cigarette from a smoking position to an ash flicking position. Airflow is formed near the air exhausting hole by means of air exhaustion, so as to simulate influences of a wind speed in an outdoor environment on the columnar ash in the cigarette smoking process of the human body.

摘要: A disposable double-channel cigarette includes a tobacco unit, a heat source unit and a filter unit; wherein the tobacco unit includes a tobacco unit channel, a suction end and an ignition end; the heat source unit includes a heat source unit channel; and the filter unit includes a filter unit channel, and the filter unit is arranged at the suction end of the tobacco unit. A pneumatic device and a tobacco component are arranged in the tobacco unit channel; an air extraction device and a fuel component are arranged in the heat source unit channel; a linkage device is arranged between the pneumatic device and the air extraction device, and the linkage device transfers power between the pneumatic device and the air extraction device. A method for preparing the disposable double-channel cigarette described above is further provided.

摘要: A high-transparence fiberglass paper includes vegetable parchment which is successively coated with a base layer, a second layer and a protective layer on both sides. The base layer and protective layer are prepared using water-based paints, while the second layer is prepared using UV ink through curing. The transparency and surface smoothness of the fiber is thereby greatly improved. Through treatment on the both surfaces, the paper can be processed into a light and smooth paper, with a surface smoothness of both sides more than 200 s, just like hyaline paper.

摘要: A method for comprehensively analyzing and/or evaluating cigarette burning quality index is disclosed. The steps include collecting cigarette burning quality index data, filtering the cigarette burning quality index data, standardizing cigarette data, and measuring cigarette burning quality. The importance of the cigarette burning quality indicators can also be evaluated. The method for comprehensively analyzing and/or evaluating cigarette burning quality indicators can reflect general laws more accurately by maintaining the sample distribution through a singularity detection method, and analyzing correlations of each index with cigarette performance from multiple perspectives, to fuse them into a comprehensive measurement value. The importance ranking and weight of indicators can be obtained more completely and stably.

摘要: A method for testing burning performance of a dark-colored cigarette using a dark-colored cigarette paper is provided. The dark-colored cigarette paper has a grayscale less than 255. The method includes: simulating, by a robotic arm, a cigarette smoking process and environment; acquiring, by a full-vision camera system, an image of a burn line and ash column region of the dark-colored cigarette; and analyzing a burning performance indicator of the dark-colored cigarette according to coordinate information of the burn line and ash column region. The method is based on a surface reflection characteristic of the dark-colored cigarette paper and a principle of optical reflection to light and highlight an edge of the dark-colored cigarette sample by a light source at a certain angle from a side. In this way, the method forms a chromatic aberration to localize the dark-colored cigarette sample, thereby testing the burning performance of the dark-colored cigarette sample.

摘要: A device and a method for detecting cigarette fly ash by a gray-scale difference based on machine vision (MV) are provided. A manipulator holds a cigarette as a detection sample to simulate a human smoking action, and multiple groups of cameras track a simulated smoking process of the detection sample synchronously in real time. It is determined whether fly ash appears based on a gray-scale difference of burning ash columns, produced without being subjected to flicking, in acquired images. A fly ash area of the burning ash columns of the cigarette is calculated by an area with the gray-scale difference of the burning ash columns of the cigarette in two sequential images of the burning ash columns of the cigarette, and a fly ash amount is further determined. The detection of the amount of fine fly ash is converted into the detection of the gray-scale difference.
