摘要： A mixing and extrusion machine (10) for the manufacture of rubber mixtures includes a mixer with a converging conical twin-screw (12) with a fixed frame (14) that supports sleeves (16). Two screws (18), being mounted at an angle, are mounted in the mixer (12) in such a way as to move in translational movement between an opening (22) arranged upstream and an outlet (25) arranged downstream of the sleeves. The screws are mounted in the sleeves with removable doors including sliding shutters (40) installed relative to the outlet (25). The sliding shutters move linearly between a closed position, in which the sliding shutters prevent the mixer from discharging the mixture, and an open position, in which the sliding shutters prevent discharge of the mixture through the sides of two counter-rotating rollers (32) of a roller nose type system located just downstream of the outlet.

摘要： The process includes a non-crosslinked self-sealing composition which is introduced into an extrusion means, the geometric and thermodynamic characteristics of which have been specially adapted. The speed and temperature conditions of the extrusion means are adjusted so that, at an application nozzle forming the outlet die of the extrusion means, the self-sealing composition is crosslinked. The application nozzle is brought close to the internal surface of the casing previously set in relative motion with respect to the application nozzle, and an extruded and crosslinked bead that has a given width and profile is deposited directly on the internal surface of the casing.

摘要： In the field of mixing rubber mixtures, the invention is directed to a rotor (100) for use in an internal mixer having a mixing vessel in which the rotor rotates, the rotor having one or more blades (104), each blade having a tip (104a) with a profile having a predefined curvature; and an anti-wear device detachably fixed to the tip (104a) of at least one blade, the anti-wear device including a plate (110) with a profile defined by a lower surface (112) with a curvature complementary to that of the tip 104a and an upper surface (114) with a curvature complementary to that of a wall of the vessel to define, between them, a zone of minimum distance that allows passage of the mixture between the plate (110) and the wall of the vessel. The invention is also directed to an internal mixer having at least one mixing vessel in which the disclosed rotor (100) rotates.
