摘要: A flexible tube production apparatus includes a die composed of: a cylindrical inner die having an outer face in which a groove is formed; a tubular member that is housed inside the inner die, and has a through-hole that allows a blade wire to be inserted from one end to the other end thereof; and an outer die that surrounds the inner die such that a predetermined gap is generated between itself and the outer face of the inner die, and has an extrusion hole that extrudes the resins having been supplied to the gap, onto the outer face of the blade wire that is fed from the other end of the tubular member. A resin supply portion supplies a first resin and a second resin to the die while the motor rotates the inner die about a center axis.

The invention also relates to an extruder head for applying a layer of a fluid overmoulding material, a container comprising panels (10, 40) comprising a layer of overmoulding material (14).

At least one liquid-permeable element is provided, said element surrounding at least parts of the periphery of the blown film. This device permits the distance of the liquid-permeable element from the main axis of the blown film to be altered.

摘要: A thermoplastic composition for overmolding of an elastomer on a substrate made of mineral glass includes: (1) from 50 to 70% by weight of at least one thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) chosen from copolymers comprising styrene blocks (TPE-Ss), (b) from 20 to 35% by weight of a polyolefin chosen from propylene homopolymers (PPs), ethylene homopolymers (PEs) and copolymers of propylene and ethylene, and (c) at least 7% by weight of a functional alkoxysilane. The percentages are expressed with respect to the sum of the components (a), (b) and (c).

摘要: A versatile silicone resin reflective substrate which exhibits high reflectance of high luminance light from an LED light source over a wide wavelength from short wavelengths of approximately 340-500 nm, which include wavelengths from 380-400 nm near lower limit of the visible region, to longer wavelength in the infra-red region. The silicone resin reflective substrate has a reflective layer which contains a white inorganic filler powder dispersed in a three-dimensional cross linked silicone resin, the inorganic filler powder having a high reflective index than the silicone resin. The reflective layer is formed on a support body as a film, a solid, or a sheet. The silicone resin reflective substrate can be easily formed as a wiring substrate, a packaging case or the like, and can be manufactured at low cost and a high rate of production.

摘要: A system for depositing a composite filler material into a channel of a composite structure includes an end-effector configured to extrude a bead of the filler material into the channel. The filler material can comprise a first group of relatively long fibers, a second group of relatively short fibers and a resin. A drive system is configured to move the end-effector relative to the channel, and a position sensor is configured to detect the position of the bead relative to the channel. A controller is configured to operate the drive system in response to the detected position and to operate the end-effector to heat and compress the filler material so as to orient the longer fibers in a substantially longitudinal direction relative to the channel and the shorter fibers in substantially random directions relative to the channel when the bead is extruded into the channel.

The coating comprises a solid extruded base layer comprising a first thermoplastic material extruded onto the outer surface, the base layer having a base-layer inner surface in intimate contact with the outer surface and a base-layer outer interface. The coating further comprises a solid extruded outer layer comprising a second thermoplastic material comprising polymethyl methacrylate extruded onto the first thermoplastic material, the solid extruded outer layer having an outer-layer interface in intimate contact with the base-layer outer interface and an outer-layer outer surface, wherein the intimate contact between the base-layer outer interface and the outer-layer interface forms a solid interface between the base layer and the outer layer. The solid extruded outer layer has a hardness of at least 1H pencil hardness.
