    摘要: A flexible tube production apparatus includes a die composed of: a cylindrical inner die having an outer face in which a groove is formed; a tubular member that is housed inside the inner die, and has a through-hole that allows a blade wire to be inserted from one end to the other end thereof; and an outer die that surrounds the inner die such that a predetermined gap is generated between itself and the outer face of the inner die, and has an extrusion hole that extrudes the resins having been supplied to the gap, onto the outer face of the blade wire that is fed from the other end of the tubular member. A resin supply portion supplies a first resin and a second resin to the die while the motor rotates the inner die about a center axis.

    摘要: A device and a method for calibrating a blown film are provided, said device comprising: a tubular region with at least one inner wall, through which region the blown film can be passed; a liquid reservoir, which can be used to provide a liquid and which is situated above the tubular region, the liquid being guidable between the inner wall and the blown film; and a suctioning device, situated below the tubular region, for suctioning off at least part of the liquid from the blown film. At least one liquid-permeable element is provided, said element surrounding at least parts of the periphery of the blown film. This device permits the distance of the liquid-permeable element from the main axis of the blown film to be altered.

    摘要: A system for depositing a composite filler material into a channel of a composite structure includes an end-effector configured to extrude a bead of the filler material into the channel. The filler material can comprise a first group of relatively long fibers, a second group of relatively short fibers and a resin. A drive system is configured to move the end-effector relative to the channel, and a position sensor is configured to detect the position of the bead relative to the channel. A controller is configured to operate the drive system in response to the detected position and to operate the end-effector to heat and compress the filler material so as to orient the longer fibers in a substantially longitudinal direction relative to the channel and the shorter fibers in substantially random directions relative to the channel when the bead is extruded into the channel.
