    Abstract: The present application discloses a drying device and an electrode plate manufacturing apparatus. The drying device for drying a material comprises: a first oven section; a second oven section; and a third oven section, the first oven section, the second oven section and the third oven section being arranged sequentially in a movement direction of the material, wherein the second oven section has a larger air outlet area than the first oven section, and the first oven section has a larger air outlet area than the third oven section, such that the air speed of the first oven section is greater than that of the second oven section, and the air speed of the third oven section is greater than that of the first oven section. The solution provided by the present application can increase the production efficiency of batteries.
