摘要: System for state monitoring of a microscope the system having at least one measuring sensor in each case for capturing at least one time-variable chemical and/or physical quantity, a camera for recording an image in a field of view and a processing unit. The at least one measuring sensor has a display area and displays thereon a measured value for the captured time-variable chemical and/or physical quantity. The camera is arranged so that the display areas of at least one measuring sensor are located in the field of view and the processing unit is configured to evaluate the image and to extract the display areas contained in the image therefrom. Also, a method for state monitoring of a microscope is disclosed, wherein at least one measuring sensor with a display area is provided in order to capture in each case at least one time-variable chemical and/or physical quantity, and an image is recorded. The image is recorded so that it contains the display areas of at least one measuring sensor. The display areas are identified in the image, the image is evaluated and the measured values contained in the image are extracted.

摘要: A method for determining an arrangement of a sample object in an optical device comprises illuminating the sample object from at least one first illumination direction and illuminating the sample object from at least one second illumination direction. The method also comprises carrying out a correlation between data which are indicative of at least one section of an image of the sample object under illumination from the at least one first illumination direction and data which are indicative of at least one section of an image of the sample object under illumination from the at least one second illumination direction. The method also comprises determining the arrangement of the sample object in relation to a focal plane of the optical device based on the correlation.

摘要: A method for optically examining a plurality of microscopic samples. The samples are channeled one after the other by means of a flow into at least one flow channel in which the samples advance along a flow direction. The samples are illuminated, and light emitted from the samples is detected and analyzed. A device for carrying out the method in which samples are illuminated in that at least one light sheet with a light sheet plane is directed onto the at least one flow channel, wherein the light sheet is oriented so as to intersect the at least one flow channel in an intersection region, and the normal of the light sheet plane forms an angle differing from null together with the flow direction in the intersection region. The light emitted from the sample is registered by an imaging optical detection unit, and the focal plane of said optical detection unit lies in the intersection region.

摘要: A method for generating and analyzing an overview contrast image of a specimen carrier and/or of specimens situated on a specimen carrier. A specimen carrier arranged at least partially in the focus of a detection optical unit is illuminated in transmitted light using a two-dimensional, array-like illumination pattern. At least two overview raw images are detected using different illuminations of the specimen carrier, and, according to information to be extracted from the overview contrast image, a combination algorithm is selected by means of which the at least two overview raw images are combined to form the overview contrast image. According to information to be extracted from the overview contrast image, an image evaluation algorithm is selected by means of which the information is extracted.

摘要: An immersion objective comprises an objective body in which optical components are accommodated, at least one immersion fluid tank and at least one objective-body coupling connection on the objective body. The immersion fluid tank can be supported in a detachable manner via the objective-body coupling connection. At least one pump is supported via the objective body, wherein the pump is arranged in order to convey immersion fluid from the immersion fluid tank to an objective front side. A control electronics component is supported via the objective body and is configured to control the at least one pump.

摘要: Provision is made for a method of monitoring an immersion fluid in a microscope having a lens which images a sample located on a sample carrier. In a step a), a camera is positioned which has an image field which is oriented in such a way that it captures the sample carrier and a space between the sample carrier and the lens and adjoining the sample carrier towards the lens, which space is used to receive the immersion fluid. In a step b), the immersion fluid is applied into the space between the sample carrier and the lens. In step c), an image with the immersion fluid being in the space between the sample carrier and the lens is recorded, and in a step d), the position, the area and/or the contour of the immersion fluid on the sample carrier from the image recorded in step d) are/is determined.
