Abstract:
A tool holder contains: a connector and a fixer. The connector includes at least one body, and each of the at least one body has a first side plate, a second side plate, and a connection plate. The first side plate has a first fitting portion, and the second side plate has a second fitting portion. The first fitting portion and the second fitting portion define a square fitting zone, and the first side plate further has a first locking projection. Between the first fitting portion and the second fitting portion is defined a cavity so that the first fitting portion and the second fitting portion deform inwardly, and so that the first locking projection retract into the fitting zone. The fixer is housed in the cavity of the connector to limit an inward deformation of the first fitting portion and the second fitting portion.
Abstract:
A multi metal base thermal resistance alloy and a mold with the multi metal base thermal resistance alloy layer are provided. The weight percent of each element in this alloy is less than 45%. The structure of the alloy is an amorphous structure and the phonon thermal conductivity of the amorphous structure is intrinsically low. Therefore, the alloy is a metal material with low thermal conductivity coefficient and high thermal stability, which can increase the heat retaining property of the die casting mold, enhance the forming yield and stability of a metal sheet with a low fusion point, and is suitable to be used as a thermal-resistance coating material on die casting molds.
Abstract:
A handheld illumination device contains a body held by a user and including a through hole defined in the body, a connecting portion formed on a front end of the body, and a holding portion arranged on a rear end of the body; an operating member including a working segment defined on a front end thereof, a shank formed on a rear end of the operating member and inserted into the connecting portion of the body, the shank having a groove defined therein and communicating with the working segment; a lamp module fixed in the holding portion of by using the seat in which a light-emitting element, a battery pack, and a control button are disposed, the light-emitting element emitting light via the through hole and the groove so as to illuminate an work position relative to the working segment of the operating member.
Abstract:
A printing device including a processor, a print-head, a carriage, a mask and a sensor is provided. The processor controls the operation of the printing device. The print-head fixedly configured in the printing device prints on an object. The carriage includes a fixing device for fixing the object. The carriage carries the object fixed thereon and moves relative to the print-head. The mask placed on the object has a hole for defining a printable area of the object. The sensor senses to obtain information including a position of the carriage and the printable area of the object. The information is provided for the print-head to print on the object within the printable area while the object is moved to below the print-head.
Abstract:
The screw remover includes a head portion and a tail portion. The tail portion is coaxial to the head portion and is a frustum. A terminal face is formed at an end of the tail portion remote from the head portion. A diameter of the tail portion is reducing from toward the terminal face. At least one thread is formed on a peripheral face of the tail portion and spirally extends around an axis of the tail portion. At least one groove is formed on the peripheral face of the tail portion and traverses the at least one thread. An end of the at least one groove extends to the terminal face. Thereby, the screw can be rotated to remove by a driving tool when the tail portion is inserted into the screw and the head portion is connected to the driving tool.
Abstract:
A tool box contains: a body, a lifting mechanism, at least one holder, and a controlling mechanism. The lifting mechanism is fixed on the body and includes a rotating assembly and a guiding member. The rotating assembly has a first end disposed in the body and a second end mounted in the guiding member so as to rotate on the body. The at least one holder is used to hold at least one tool set and is mounted on the rotating assembly of the lifting mechanism, such that the at least one holder is driven by the rotating assembly to lift and rotate. The controlling mechanism includes at least one resilient element for driving the rotating assembly to rotate and a control member disposed in the body, such that the rotating assembly of the lifting mechanism is positioned on the body.
Abstract:
A controllable on/off device for an auxiliary light contains: a lamp module having a body in which a driving unit connecting with an illuminating element, the body including a first conducting piece coupling with a cathode contact point of the driving unit and a second conducting piece coupling with a negative contact point of the driving unit; a base fixed under the lamp module and including a conduction element corresponding to the first conducting piece and the second conducting piece; a pivotal clutch mechanism defined between the lamp module and the base so that the lamp module is axially rotated and shifted between a first rotating range and a second rotating range and drives the lamp module to move vertically, such that the first conducting piece and the second conducting piece are driven to contact with or leave from the conduction element, thus turning on or off the illuminating element.
