摘要: A lighting module includes a light source, a heat sink, a case, and a fan. The light source has a light emitting surface and a bottom surface opposite thereto. The heat sink is disposed at the bottom surface of the light source and includes a heat sink mass having a heat dissipation surface, wherein the heat dissipation surface is opposite to the bottom surface. The case is disposed to the heat sink and has a module airflow inlet and a module airflow outlet. The fan is disposed to the case or the heat sink for driving airflow to sequentially pass through the module airflow inlet, the heat sink, and the module airflow outlet. The case is capable of making the flowing direction of the airflow passing the module airflow outlet the same as the light emitting direction of the light emitting from the light emitting surface.

摘要: An illumination apparatus includes a housing, a light source module, and a heat dissipation structure including heat sink fins, a shutter structure, and a variable element. The housing provides a bottom and an outlet disposed at one side of the bottom. The heat sink fins are disposed in the housing and thermal conductivity connected with the light source module. The shutter structure is disposed on the outlet and includes guiding plates, a connecting rod, and an operating element. Each of guiding plates is connected to the connecting rod. The operating element is disposed at one end of the connecting rod and provides an operating force for the connecting rod. The variable element is near the heat sink fins and connected with the connecting rod, the variable element is deformed to exert a force on the connecting rod when the variable element is heated.

摘要: The invention provides a heat-dissipating system and a control method thereof. The heat-dissipating system has a plurality of fans and is configured for adjusting rotation-speeds of the fans. The control method includes following steps: obtaining a plurality of rotation-speed values of the fans; computing out a rotation-speed reference value according to the rotation-speed values; when the rotation-speed reference value is greater than a first threshold value, decreasing the rotation-speeds of the fans through a corresponding fan control signal; when the rotation-speed reference value is less than a second threshold value, increasing the rotation-speeds of the fans through the corresponding fan control signal.

摘要: A heat dissipation module adapted for dissipating heat generated by a heat source includes at least a heat pipe and a heat dissipation fin assembly. The heat pipe has a heat-absorbing section and a heat-dissipating section. The heat dissipation fin assembly includes a plurality of graphite fins and a plurality of spacers and the graphite fins and the spacers are connected to the heat-dissipating section alternatively. Each of the spacers has a first baffle board and a first convex part, the first baffle board is adapted to be against the graphite fin, and the first convex part is adapted to project from the first baffle board along an extending direction of the heat-dissipating section.

The heat-dissipating main body is disposed opposite to the light valve, and is formed with a groove defined by a first contacting surface and two engaging surfaces. The first contacting surface extends in a longitudinal direction perpendicular to the vertical direction and has two opposite longitudinal edges. The engaging surfaces respectively extend from the longitudinal edges and define an open side of the groove opposite to the first contacting surface in the vertical direction. The open side has a width in the transverse direction smaller than that of the first contacting surface. An engaging portion of the heat-dissipating block is disposed in the groove so that a second contacting surface is in contact with the first contacting surface.
