In one embodiment, the reduction is achieved by undercutting the conductive layers on either side of the phase change material layer. In another embodiment, an angled ion implantation is carried out which damages the edge regions of the conductive layers that sandwich the phase change material layer.

摘要： Rather than depositing a heater material into a pore, a heater material may be first blanket deposited. The heater material may then be covered by a mask, such that the mask and the heater material may be etched to form a stack. Then, the region between adjacent stacks that form separate cells may be filled with an insulator. After removing the mask material, a pore is then formed in the insulator over the heater. This may then be filled with chalcogenide to form a phase change memory.

摘要： A storm sewer insert for use in a storm water drainage system includes a collection basin that has an upper inlet opening, a lower outlet opening and at least one overflow bypass opening defined therein. A filter assembly is preferably positioned in the lower opening of the collection basin for filtering storm water that is held in the collection basin. Advantageously, adjustable mounting structure is provided for mounting the collection basin to an inlet opening of a storm sewer or catch basin. In addition, a mosquito barrier is preferably provided for reducing mosquito passage through the bypass opening.

Reading may be done using a reference level between the threshold voltages of the two different states. A separate access device is generally not needed.

摘要： A method of mounting a grate adapter unit beneath a stormwater collection grate includes steps of providing a grate adapter unit having a plurality of outwardly extending mounting flanges, each mounting flange being adapted to fit a different size commercially common stormwater collection grate. The grate adapter unit is trimmed, either at the factory, at the contractor's facilities or at the installation site, at the desired location to select a desired one of the mounting flanges that is appropriate for the collection grate to which the grate adapter is being fit. The grate adapter unit is then mounted beneath the stormwater collection grate using the selected mounting flange. A stormwater remediation unit may be pre-mounted to a lower end of the grate adapter unit or mounted to the lower end after installation.

摘要： A mouse trap includes first and second telescopically related housing members which are movable between extended and retracted positions. A door opening is provided in one of the housing members which provides access to the interior of the housing when the housing is in its extended position but which is blocked by the other housing member when the housing is in its retracted position. A spring biased striker arm is mounted within the housing members and is adapted to be held in a cocked position by a trigger arm when the housing members are extended. Actuation of the trigger arm causes the striker arm to deliver a lethal blow to a mouse who has released the trigger arm and also causes the housing members to be simultaneously moved to their retracted position.
