The present culture medium is used for carrying out stem cell culture.

    摘要: Provided is a method for separating and extracting mesenchymal stem cells from the human umbilical cord. The method uses healthy neonatal umbilical cord tissue; after cleaning and disinfection, mechanically pulverising same, separating the Wharton's jelly, and after treating with erythrocyte lysate, carrying out suspension culture in a serum-free culture medium. Replacing the liquid every 3-5 days; after the plate adherence rate reaches 30-70%, carrying out trypsin digestion, and then collecting the cells by centrifugation for passage amplification, until the rate of confluence of the cells reaches 80-90% confluence, thereby obtaining high purity umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells.

    摘要: A 3D time series vector sediment trap includes a base disposed with trap pipes which includes water flow pipes and sedimentation pipes. The water flow pipes have a horizontal water inlet at the front end, a vertical downward water outlet at the back end and the water flow pipe is internally provided with a filter screen which tilts towards the water inlet. The filter screen is internally tangential to the water flow pipe, and the sedimentation pipes are vertically fixed underneath the water flow pipes. The top end of the sedimentation pipes have an opening and bottom end thereof is closed. The opening is connected to the water flow pipe and directly faces the filter screen so that materials with a diameter greater than the screen pore diameter are intercepted by the filter screen in the water flow pipe and collected in the sedimentation pipe.

    摘要: A smart 3GDT schema has been disclosed, in detail, a method for controlling the communication of a network system has been disclosed. The network system comprises a UE, a NodeB, a RNC, a SGSN, and a GW. The UE is arranged to be in communication with the RNC via the NodeB, and the RNC is arranged to be in communication with the SGSN which in turn being arranged to be in communication with the GW for non-3GDT communication of the network system, or the RNC is arranged to be in communication with the GW for 3GDT communication of the network system. In this method, statistics of payload transferred between the UE and the GW has been monitored, and if the statistics of payload within a predetermined time period exceeds a first threshold, and the UE is in the non-3GDT communication, then switching the non-3GDT communication to the 3GDT communication. The present application has also disclosed the SGSN, GW, and the network system adaptive to perform the method.
