The mobile communication apparatus includes a image capture device, a scheduling module and a transmitting module. The image capture device is used to capture a image data. The scheduling module forms an image capturing schedule and provides an image capturing program which controls the image capture device to capture the image data according to the image capturing schedule. The transmitting module transmits the image data captured by the image capture device to a predetermined receiver.
