The present invention relates to both of a bi-stage correlation calculation demodulation system, and a fast walsh block demodulation device at a receiver, wherein the bi-stage correlation calculation demodulation system has a characteristic of bi-stage correlation calculation in which the subsequent second-stage correlation calculations are dependent on the first-stage correlation calculation results by utilizing an incomplete orthogonal property within CCK codewords to arrange the CCK codewords operated in the first-stage correlation calculations and second-stage correlation calculations properly and respectively. The fast walsh block demodulation device comprises: a plurality of adders (operators) constructed to be a first-level correlation calculation circuit and a second-level correlation calculation circuit, and a plurality of process modules constructed to be a third-level correlation calculation circuit, the process modules having the functions of picking one maximum value from four values and performing third-level correlation calculation of conventional basic fast walsh block demodulation device.

A method of reducing computational demand for image tracking includes first receiving a plurality of images of a load hoisted with hanging wire in a preset transitional space, setting at least one monitoring point each at the load and the hanging wire, respectively, providing a tracking frame at the outer periphery of each monitoring point, allowing each tracking frame to track on its corresponding monitoring point that each monitoring point is kept on a relative location within each corresponding tracking frame, and producing the same displacement as that of the monitoring point, and lastly computing the displacement of each tracking frame thus obtaining the displacement of each monitoring point in correspondence to the tracking frame to calculate various displacement of the hanging wire and the load, respectively. With this image tracking method, the processing quantity of whole image data is effectively decreased and computational demand of equipments is reduced.

In a gamma voltage generator and gamma voltage generating method that can tune the gamma voltages individually, several gamma currents of a same magnitude are generated for each to flow through a variable resistive element to generate a variable common voltage and several variable voltages, from which a common gamma voltage and several first gamma voltages are generated. By use of the symmetric property of the gamma curve corresponding to those gamma voltages to be generated, several voltages are generated by mapping the first gamma voltages with the common gamma voltage as the center axis, and from which several second gamma voltages are derived. The common gamma voltage and the first and second gamma voltages are provided for those gamma voltages corresponding to the gamma curve.

The present invention provides a method for reducing aspect ratio of DRAM peripheral contact so as to achieving a good contact etching and metal deposition by utilizing conventional equipment. Besides, the present invention provides a stop layer formed by a nitride layer to reduce the volcano effect resulted from the misalignment between stacked contacts. Furthermore, the present invention is capable of etching poly layer and oxide layer in a single step, whereby the height of the peripheral contact is substantially the same as, or lower than, the contact of the storage node of a capacitor. Therefore, the aspect ratio of DRAM peripheral contact can be reduced.
