摘要:
Provided are embodiments of an optical sheet and a backlight assembly having the optical sheet. The optical sheet can include a body, a plurality of protrusions, and a plurality of embossed portions. The body can form a substrate. One surface of the body can be provided in a planar shape, and the other surface of the body can include the plurality of protrusions, where the protrusions have a triangular shaped cross-section. Each of the protrusions can be configured with the plurality of embossed, which may be formed by a microlens pattern.

Provided are embodiments of an optical sheet and backlight assemblies incorporating the optical sheet. The optical sheet can include a body and a plurality of protrusions. The protrusions are arranged on a surface of the body. A furrow pattern in which furrows are arranged is formed on the protrusion for scattering light.

The present invention relates to a light emitting diode with metal piles and one or more passivation layers and a method for making the diode including a first steps of performing mesa etching respectively on a first semiconductor layer and a second semiconductor layer belonging to stacked layers formed on a substrate in sequence! a second step of forming a reflector layer on the mesa-etched upper and side face! a third step of contacting one or more first electrodes with the first semiconductor layer and one or more second electrodes through the reflector layer with the second semiconductor layer; a fourth step of forming a first passivation layer on the reflector layer and the contacted electrodes; and a fifth step of connecting the first electrodes to a first bonding pad through one or more first electrode lines, bring one ends of vertical extensions having the shape of a metal pile into contact with one or more second electrodes, and connecting the other ends of the vertical extensions to a second bonding pad through one or more second electrode lines. As effects of the present invention, the loss of light emitting area decreases and current diffusion efficiency increases.

Disclosed herein is a regenerative brake control method of a regenerative brake system using an electronic control brake, which is devised to increase a regenerative brake energy recovery rate of a vehicle via brake hydraulic pressure control under low brake pressure conditions. The regenerative brake control method includes determining whether or not regenerative brake cooperative control of non-drive wheels is necessary based on a vehicle speed and driver requested brake force, and selecting whether or not to perform the regenerative brake cooperative control, thereby achieving vehicle braking stability. If the regenerative brake cooperative control is necessary, brake hydraulic pressure of non-drive wheels are controlled to increase regenerative brake force of drive wheels, which increases a regenerative brake energy recovery rate.

A location updating method and apparatus for a mobile terminal in a radio network is provided for preventing a location updating request of a mobile terminal from being rejected by a network with an invalid cause of a rejection. The location updating method for a mobile terminal includes receiving a location updating reject message from a first network, the location updating reject message including a cause of a rejection indicating that the mobile terminal is not registered with the first network, checking a first network information of the first network, determining whether the first network information differs from a second network information of a second network, maintaining, when the first and second network information are different from each other, an operational state of the mobile terminal as a valid state, and requesting, when the home network is discovered, the home network for a location updating.
