摘要： In a scanning mode: a conversion sequence setting register sets the sequence in which analogue signals are to be converted; a multiplexer selects a single analogue signal sequentially from a plurality of analogue signals, in accordance with the order that is set in this conversion sequence setting register; an A/D converter converts the analogue signal selected by this multiplexer to a digital signal; a conversion result register having a plurality of result registers stores the digital signal obtained by conversion by the A/D converter in these storage regions in the order in which conversion was effected; and a back-up register includes result registers respectively corresponding to this plurality of result registers.

摘要： An output signal generating device according to the present invention includes a control circuit for generating a control signal, a reference signal generating unit for generating a reference signal, an output signal generating unit for generating an output signal according to a comparison result between the control signal and the reference signal, an output signal detecting unit for detecting the output signal based on a sampling signal, and an output signal storage unit for storing the output signal detected by the output signal detecting unit. The control circuit includes a readout unit for reading out the output signal stored in the output signal storage unit. According to the present invention, the output signal can be stored in real time and the results thereof can be processed by software.

摘要： A pulse width modulation device in which a step form control signal generated by a control signal generating device and a triangular wave carrier signal generated by a carrier generating device are compared by a digital comparator and the comparison signal is supplied to an edge detection device. Also, a top/bottom signal generated by a top/bottom signal generating device is supplied to the edge detection device The edge detection device includes an edge detection function that generates an edge detection signal by detecting change of the comparison signal. The edge detection function is inhibited by the edge detection signal; and inhibition is cancelled by the top/bottom signal so that the edge detection signal is output. A PWM signal is output from the pulse generating device in accordance with the comparison signal, edge detection signal, and top/bottom signal.

摘要： A pulse width modulation device which a step form control signal generated by a control signal generating device and a triangular wavecarrier signal generated by a carrier generating device are compared by a digital comparator and the comparison signal is supplied to an edge detection device. Also, a top/bottom signal generated by a top/bottom signal generating device is supplied to the edge detection device. The edge detection device includes an edge detection function that generates an edge detection signal by detecting change of the comparison signal. The edge detection function is inhibited by the edge detection signal; and inhibition is cancelled by the top/bottom signal so that the edge detection signal is output. A PWM signal is output from the pulse generating device in accordance with the comparison signal, edge detection signal, and top/bottom signal.

摘要： A motor control device, which receives at least two emergency stop signals, includes an LSI, a PWM signal transmission circuit, a drive circuit, and an inverter circuit. The LSI generates PWM signals. The PWM signal transmission circuit transmits the PWM signals. The drive circuit generates inverter drive signals. The inverter circuit includes a P-side power switching device and an N-side power switching device. The drive circuit includes a P-side drive circuit for driving the P-side power switching device, and an N-side drive circuit for driving the N-side power switching device. One of the emergency stop signals is inputted to the P-side drive circuit and the PWM signal transmission circuit. The other emergency stop signal is inputted to the N-side drive circuit and the PWM signal transmission circuit. In response to the receipt of an emergency stop signal, the PWM signal transmission circuit stops transmitting the PWM signals, and the drive circuit stops outputting the inverter drive signals.
