摘要: The present disclosure provides a troubleshooting system for current sensors including a motor, three current sensors and a controller. The three current sensors respectively sense three phase currents of the three-phase current of the motor to obtain three current sensing values. The controller is configured to control the three-phase current of the motor. When the sum of the three current sensing values is greater than a threshold, the controller controls the three phase currents to be zero, and a first offset sensor and a current offset are obtained. When the sum of the three current sensing values equals the current offset, a second offset sensor is obtained. If the first offset sensor and the second offset sensor are the same current sensor, the controller outputs a warning signal, if the first offset sensor and the second offset sensor are different current sensors, the controller controls the motor to stop operating.

摘要: A load protection apparatus for protecting an electrical load connected to an output terminal of the load protection apparatus against overcurrent, includes an overcurrent protection circuit having a power switch through which the electrical load receives an electrical load current via the output terminal and having a sensor component connected in series with the power switch. The sensor component is adapted to directly generate a voltage drop corresponding to the current rise speed of the electrical load current flowing from an input terminal of the load control apparatus, via the sensor component and the power switch to the output terminal. The sensor component further includes a driver circuit adapted to detect an occurring overcurrent depending on the voltage drop generated by the sensor component and depending on a voltage drop along the power switch adapted to switch off said power switch upon detection of an overcurrent within a switch-off period.

摘要: An abnormality diagnosis device includes: a data acquirer to acquire a current waveform and a driving frequency of an electric motor; a storage which stores a combination of a current value of the current waveform and the driving frequency at an identical time by the data acquirer; a data determiner to determine whether or not a current value of the current waveform and the driving frequency as a diagnosis target at an identical time by the data acquisition match the combination stored in the storage; an analyzer to perform frequency analysis for the current waveform determined to be matched by the data determiner, to extract sideband waves, and calculate a spectrum intensity of the sideband waves; and an abnormality diagnosis processor to make a diagnosis that abnormality has occurred, when the spectrum intensity of the sideband waves is equal to or greater than a threshold.

摘要: Provided in this disclosure is a control system and method that monitors current in a spreader motor to accurately detect a mechanical overload condition. The invention distinguishes between a short duration high current transient spike caused by sparking of brushes in the DC motor, and a long duration continuous high current caused by a mechanical overload condition in the DC motor. The control system momentarily deactivates and reactivates the motor. If high current is no longer detected, the control system construes this as a transient spike and no fault condition is indicated. If high current persists, the control system construes this as an actual overload condition, and a fault condition is indicated to the operator. In this manner, a selected default current level can be established in the control system which can be selectively reestablished if conditions within the device change over time.

The motor driver is operable to receive an input signal via the multipurpose pin and may be operable in a normal operation mode or a setting operation mode. The judgment logic may be operable to detect whether a prescribed pattern is present in the input signal, wherein the prescribed pattern indicates one of the normal operation mode or the setting operation mode, control at least a portion of the motor driver to operate in the setting operation mode when the prescribed pattern is detected in the input signal, and control at least the portion of the motor driver to operate in the normal operation mode when the prescribed pattern is not detected in the input signal.

摘要: This invention relates to a data communication system/method for use in a downhole application wherein electrical energy is supplied over a multiple-conductor power cable to a motor assembly of a downhole tool such as an electric submersible pump. A power leg coupling interfaces a surface controller of a downhole instrument to the conductors of the tool's power cable. Uplink communication of telemetry data occurs via current modulation generated by the downhole instrument and interpreted by a surface controller. Downlink communication of downhole instrument data occurs over a different communication scheme supported by the downhole and surface controllers. Downlink communication scheme provides a supply of power to the downhole instrument. Protection of downhole electronics and continuity of communication is ensured in the event of a ground fault on the power cable. Both downlink and uplink communication frequencies are adaptive based on frequencies and voltages present on the power cable.
