    摘要: A drop-on-demand system for manufacturing diagnostic test strips includes a drop-on-demand mechanism, and a drop volume feedback subsystem and/or a vision subsystem. The drop-on-demand mechanism dispenses one or more reagents on the diagnostic test strips in one or more desired volumes and at one or more desired locations. The drop volume feedback subsystem control volumes of the reagents dispensed by the drop-on-demand mechanism so that the drop-on-demand mechanism dispenses the reagents on the diagnostic test strips in the desired volumes. The vision subsystem aligns the drop-on-demand mechanism in relation to the diagnostic test strips so that the drop-on-demand mechanism dispenses the reagents on the diagnostic test strips at the desired locations.

The device has a plurality of chambers which contain the same or different fragrance formulations. The inner walls of the chambers are contrastingly colored with respect to the fragrance formulation so that, when the fragrance formulation is consumed, the colored walls are exposed indicating to the user that the formulation within that chamber has been depleted.     摘要: An excellent reverse osmosis membrane having a high flux with superior chlorine resistance and low salt passage can be obtained by interfacially condensing a water soluble aromatic polyamide prepolymer with an essentially monomeric, aromatic, amine reactive polyfunctional acyl halide. The polyamide prepolymer may be prepared through the condensation reaction of an aromatic diamine and an aromatic anhydride acyl halide. Preferably the amide prepolymer, prepared from metaphenylene diamine and trimelletic anhydride acid chloride, is reacted with trimesoylchloride to form the thin film membrane of the subject invention.
