    摘要: The invention relates to a solar cell that comprises a planar semiconductor substrate with a front and a back; a multitude of holes that interconnect the front and the back; and current-collecting electrical contacts that are exclusively arranged on the back. The front comprises highly doped regions and lightly doped regions of a first type such that in each case the holes are situated in a highly doped region or adjoin such a region. According to a first aspect of the invention, the highly doped regions are arranged locally around the holes. According to a second aspect of the invention, the front comprises at least one region without holes, and the highly doped regions comprise one region or several regions that extends/extend to the at least one hole-free region. The invention furthermore relates to methods for manufacturing such solar cells.

The emitting zones (4) of the rear surface (3) of the cell are connected by channels to the transmitter (9) of the front face (8) of the cell. The emitting zones (4) of the rear surface (3) of the cell and the channels (7) consist of a laser. The metal coating of the side walls is removed by selective etching, said metal coating being removed only in the zone of the flanks (5) where the etching barrier layer (11) is insufficient.

According to the method, multiple sensors (120[1] . . . 120[N]), distributed over a wide surveillance area (100), sense surveillance data of interest (310), optionally filter that sensed data (340), extract non-essential data (360) from the filtered data, compress in a manner specific to the extracted data (370) the extracted data for transmission and subsequently transmit (380) the compressed data to a “master” processing system (220) for integration/fusion with other transmitted compressed data streams originating from other sensors. Reductions in required data transmitted is on the order of 100:1.
