    摘要: A diffusion plate including a structured surface is provided. There are a lot of concave structures disposed on the structured surface. Each concave structure, with at least two opposite first sides and at least two opposite second sides, includes at least two first curved surfaces and at least two second curved surfaces. The first curved surfaces and the second curved surfaces are extended from the first sides and the second sides respectively. In addition, each concave structure adjoins at least one other concave structure, and the shape of a neighboring portion of two said adjoining concave structures is curved.

    摘要: A removable cover system for protecting solar cells from exposure to moisture during fabrication processes. The cover system includes a cover having a configuration that complements the configuration of a solar cell substrate to be processed in an apparatus where moisture is present. A resiliently deformable seal member attached to the cover is positionable with the cover to engage and seal the top surface of the substrate. In one embodiment, the cover is dimensioned and arranged so that the seal member engages the peripheral angled edges and corners of the substrate for preventing the ingress of moisture beneath the cover. An apparatus for fabricating a solar cell using the cover and associated method are also disclosed.

    摘要: An automated materials handling system comprises a plurality of overhead hoist buffers (OHBs) for receiving a plurality of semiconductor wafer carriers. Each OHB is assigned to a respective one of a plurality of categories. Each wafer carrier is associated with one or more of the plurality of categories. Each respective category is associated with at least one of a plurality of event trigger types. An overhead transport (OHT) if provided for transporting each of the plurality of wafer carriers to a respective one of the OHBs in response to a respective trigger event. Each trigger event has one of the plurality of event trigger types. Each wafer carrier is stored in a respective one of the plurality of OHBs assigned to a respective one of the categories associated with the respective event trigger type of the trigger event causing that wafer carrier to be transported and stored.

    摘要: A sensing apparatus includes an acceleration sensing unit, for measuring an acceleration applied to a proof mass, further including: a proof mass; a carrier signal source, for providing a carrier signal; a capacitive half-bridge, including a first and a second capacitor, wherein each capacitor is coupled to the proof mass and the carrier signal source, one with a positive electrode and the other one with a negative electrode, and the acceleration applied to the proof mass makes the carrier signal flow through the first and the second capacitor so that the first capacitor and the second capacitor respectively generates a first voltage and a second voltage variation which have opposite phases with each other; and an instrumentation amplifier, for receiving and amplifying the first voltage and the second voltage variation, whereby the magnitude and the direction of the acceleration applied to the proof mass is determined.
