摘要： Provided is a flat fluorescent lamp for a display device, having a plurality of discharge channels provided parallel to each other. The discharge channels have a characteristic structure of alternating the broad channel region with large cross-section area and the narrow channel region with small cross-sectional area along the longitudinal direction of the discharge channel. Thus, it is possible to enhance luminance of and improve discharge efficiency of the flat fluorescent lamp.

In particular, the process comprises the conversion of a steroid substrate having an olefinic unsaturation in the steroid nucleus to a structure comprising a 9,11-epoxy substituent by reaction of the substrate with a peroxide compound in the presence of a peroxide activator. The epoxidation processes described are conducted at relatively low hydrogen peroxide to steroid substrate ratio. Several optional process modifications are described.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for increasing resistance of monocot plants against abiotic stress which comprises a step of transforming monocot plants with a recombinant plasmid containing a fused gene (TPSP) of trehalose-6-phosphate synthetase (TPS) gene and trehalose-6-phosphate phosphatase (TPP) gene to express the TPSP gene while maintaining normal growth and development characteristics. The present invention can increase the resistance of monocot plants against various stresses so that it can greatly contribute to the improvement of production and quality of valuable agricultural crops.

In a further form, the device may be a switch that may be coupled to the transistor in various manners to affect its electrical characteristics when on and off. The memory switch in one embodiment comprises side walls formed with tensile or compressive films. A cross point switch is formed from a plurality of intersecting conductive rows and columns of conductors. Actuatable switches are positioned between each intersection of the rows and columns such that each intersection is independently addressable.

摘要： The present invention discloses a charge trap flash memory cell with multi-doped layers at the active region, a memory array using of the memory cell, and an operating method of the same. The charge trap memory cell structure of the present invention is characterized by forming multi-doped layers at the active region appropriately, and it is a difference from the conventional art. The present invention induces electrons to band-to-band tunnel at the PN junction with the source/drain region by the multi-doped layers, and accelerates the electrons at the reverse bias to generate an avalanche phenomenon. Therefore, the method for operating a memory array of the present invention comprises programming by injecting holes which are generated by the avalanche phenomenon into multi-dielectric layers of each memory cells, and erasing by injecting electrons through an F-N tunneling from channels into the multi-dielectric layers of each memory cells.
