摘要: An implantable stimulation electrode for use with an implantable tissue stimulator, especially a pacemaker, a defibrillator, a bone stimulator or a neurostimulator includes a metal base body, optionally one or more intermediate layers disposed on the base body and a coating covering the base body and, optionally, intermediate layers in order to increase tissue compatibility. The coating should prevent tissue irritations after implantation and more particularly increase the stimulus threshold associated therewith, have very high biocompatibility and also has an anti-inflammatory effect. An increase in tissue compatibility is achieved by virtue of the fact that the coating has a polysaccharide layer made of hyaluronic acid and/or hyaluronic acid derivatives.

摘要: The invention concerns methods of coating stents and stents produced in accordance therewith. The object of the invention is to provide methods of coating stents with a polysaccharide layer which has improved adhesion capacity on the substrate surface of the implant, and to afford correspondingly functionalized stents. That is achieved inter alia by covalent bonding of a non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid to a substrate surface of the stent with the formation of hyaluronic acid layer and crosslinking of the hyaluronic acid layer.

摘要: The invention relates to a coating system for implants comprising a metal base body, which is optionally covered with one or several intermediate layers. Said coating system comprises a coating which is disposed thereon in order to increase tissue compatibility. The coating prevents tissue irritations after implantation has an extremely high biocompatibility and has an anti-inflammatory effect. This is achieved by virtue of the fact that the coating comprises a polysaccharide layer made of a) chitosane and b) hyaluronic acid and/or hyaluronic acid derivatives.

摘要: An improved method for connection exploration in a network is disclosed, wherein said network includes a plurality of network elements each including at least one port, wherein a globally unique identifier is assigned to each individual port of said network elements, and wherein connected ports of two network elements transfer their globally unique identifiers over a corresponding connection using heartbeat-ordered sequences. The method comprises capturing said transferred globally unique identifiers at receiving ports, storing each of said captured globally unique identifiers at a corresponding receiving port, reading out said transferred globally unique identifiers stored at each port of said network elements using an in-band access, matching said read out globally unique identifiers to a hardware configuration data set to identify connected network elements and connections between said connected network elements, and recording information about existing connections between said network elements.

摘要: A data processing system includes a main storage, an input/output memory management unit (IOMMU) coupled to the main storage, a peripheral component interconnect (PCI) device coupled to the IOMMU, and a mapper. The system is configured to allocate an amount of physical memory in the main storage and the IOMMU is configured to provide access to the main storage and to map a PCI address from the PCI device to a physical memory address within the main storage. The mapper is configured to perform a mapping between the allocated amount of physical memory of the main storage and a contiguous PCI address space. The IOMMU is further configured to translate PCI addresses of the contiguous PCI address space to the physical memory address within the main storage.

摘要: A computer system with a memory containing a first guest operating system, including a first portion of the memory and a second guest operating system, including a second portion of the memory. The memory further contains an address exchange module for exchanging memory address handles, a data mover for moving data between the first and second portions of the memory, and an emulated input output memory management unit for controlling the data mover. Instructions in the memory cause the processor to: register accessible memory with the emulated input output memory management unit, write address handles to the address exchange module, read the address handles from the address exchange module, and move the data into the second portion of the memory.
