    Abstract: A case, a battery, a power consuming device, and a method for assembling a case are provided. The case includes a first case body, an accommodating groove, a sealant, and a second case body. The first case body is provided with an opening. The accommodating groove is provided in a peripheral direction of the opening. The sealant is accommodated in the accommodating groove. The second case body is provided with a peripherally-arranged joint part. The joint part is configured to extend into the accommodating groove and be joined with the sealant when the second case body covers the opening, so as to form a sealed connection between the first case body and the second case body. The accommodating groove can limit the sealant, the sealant does not shift in the accommodating groove, and a sealing failure is less likely to occur, thus ensuring the sealing performance of the sealant.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a battery pack, including a plurality of battery modules. Each battery module includes: a battery row including a plurality of battery cells, each battery cell includes two electrodes and electrodes of all battery cells form two electrode rows arranging in the longitudinal direction; a flexible printed circuit board located between the two electrode rows; and two conductive connecting plate rows located on two sides of the flexible printed circuit board in the transverse direction respectively, each conductive connecting plate row includes a plurality of conductive connecting plates arranged in the longitudinal direction and spaced apart from each other, and each conductive connecting plate is electrically connected to the flexible printed circuit board and a corresponding electrode of a corresponding electrode row. Each battery module further includes an insulation cover covering and fixed to a top of the battery row to insulate each battery module from outside.

    Abstract: The present application belongs to the technical field of batteries and provides a thermal management assembly, a battery, and an electrical apparatus. Among them, the thermal management assembly comprises: at least two fluid collecting tubes, and several fluid channels disposed side by side between the fluid collecting tubes wherein the fluid channel comprises two side faces disposed opposite to each other, one of the side faces being used for carrying the battery cell and for heat exchange with the battery cell, and the other one of the side faces being provided with an energy-absorbing structure, with the stiffness of the energy-absorbing structure being less than that of the fluid channels. When the bottom is subjected to an impact, the energy-absorbing structure will be damaged first to absorb and buffer the impact force generated by the impact on the bottom, so as to play the role of protecting the fluid channels.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a protective pressure plate and a battery module. The protective pressure plate comprises a pressure plate body having a strip-like shape. The pressure plate body includes an upper surface and a lower surface that are opposed in a thickness direction of the pressure plate body and two side surfaces that are opposed in a width direction of the pressure plate body. At least one portion of each of the side surfaces is recessed toward a center line of the pressure plate body to form a protective recess. The upper surface of the pressure plate body has a maximum width greater than a maximum width of the lower surface. The protective pressure plate according to the embodiment of the present disclosure can be used to fix the circuit board and protect the bonding wires, thereby improving the use safety and stability of the battery module.
