摘要: Embodiments of the present application provide a battery, comprising: a box comprising an electrical cavity; a battery cell accommodated in the electrical cavity, a first wall of the battery cell being provided with a pressure relief mechanism; a first pathway and a second pathway, the first pathway and the second pathway being configured to be capable of communicating with an interior of the battery cell via the pressure relief mechanism when the pressure relief mechanism is actuated, wherein the first pathway is used to discharge emissions discharged from the pressure relief mechanism into the electrical cavity, and the second pathway is used to discharge the emissions discharged from the pressure relief mechanism out of the electrical cavity; a first balance valve for discharging emissions passing through the first pathway out of the box; and a second balance valve for discharging emissions passing through the second pathway out of the box.

摘要: A battery module includes a first guard and a plurality of battery cells. The plurality of battery cells are arranged along a first direction. One end of the battery cell in a second direction is provided with a pressure relief mechanism. The second direction is perpendicular to the first direction. The pressure relief mechanism is configured to release the internal pressure of the battery cell when the internal pressure or temperature of the battery cell reaches a threshold value. The first guard includes a first guarding portion covering the end of the plurality of battery cells provided with the pressure relief mechanism. A plurality of venting ports are provided on the first guarding portion, and the venting port and the pressure relief mechanism are provided in a staggered manner in the second direction.

摘要: A battery includes a plurality of battery cells arranged in a first direction. The battery cell includes a first wall and a second wall that intersect, the first wall is provided with a pressure relief mechanism, and a protective member is disposed between the second wall and an inner wall of a box. The pressure relief mechanism and the protective member are disposed on two different walls of the battery cell respectively. When emissions produced by thermal runaway of the battery are discharged from the pressure relief mechanism disposed on the first wall, if some emissions fall between the second wall of the battery cell and the inner wall of the box, under the protective effect of the protective member, electrical connection between the second wall of the battery cell and the inner wall of the box can be effectively avoided, thereby reducing the risk of short circuit.

摘要: The present application discloses a battery and a related apparatus, production method and production device therefor. The battery includes: a battery cell, the battery cell including a pressure relief mechanism configured to be capable of being actuated when an internal pressure or temperature of the battery cell reaches a threshold, to relieve the internal pressure; an attachment component adapted to be attached to the battery cell by an adhesive; and an isolation component configured to be capable of preventing the adhesive from being applied between the attachment component and the pressure relief mechanism. By providing the isolation component, it is possible to prevent the adhesive from being applied between the attachment component and the pressure relief mechanism in an effective manner in a process of battery production. Meanwhile, application efficiency and accuracy of the adhesive could be improved, thereby improving production efficiency of the battery.
