    摘要: A suture passing instrument including an operation handle, a needle member, and a suture holder assembly. The operation handle has at least one actuator movable between a first position and a second position. The needle member extends from the operation handle. The needle member has a curved end portion and defines an eyelet extending therethrough. The suture holder assembly extends from the operation handle and has a movable suture carrier at a distal end configured to hold a suture. The movable suture carrier has a suture pusher telescopically and movably received in the movable suture carrier. The suture carrier is movable between a retracted position and an extended position. The suture pusher is movable beyond the suture carrier to carry the suture through the eyelet.

    摘要: A bone plate assembly including at least one bone plate, polyaxially adjustable fixation elements and a polyaxially adjustable locking mechanism. A first plate includes at least one polyaxial element for lockable connection with a fixation pad, and a connection feature which allows the plate to translate and polyaxially rotate relative to the locking mechanism. A second plate includes at least one polyaxial element for connection with a fixation pad and a connection feature for non-rotatable connection with the locking mechanism. The locking mechanism allows translation and polyaxial adjustment of the first plate relative to the second plate and locks the first and second plates via a taper lock. The fixation pad includes a deflectable spacer configured to prevent premature locking of the pad. Methods for implantation of the bone plate assembly between bone structures are disclosed. Instrumentation for implantation, compression and locking of the bone plate assembly is disclosed.

    摘要: A system and method for securing an ACL graft. The system may comprise a line routed through a plate, the plate may comprise an elongated body with a plurality of passageways, and a dogbone feature on one end. The line is routed such to create at least one one-way slide so no knots are required. The line may comprise an adjustable loop that receives the graft. The adjustable loop is adjustable through the one-way slide feature of the line routed around and through the plate. The plate may be configured to pass through a bone tunnel with the use of filaments routed through the passageways of the plate or around the dogbone feature of the plate. The filaments may be used to toggle the plate after passage through the bone tunnel to prevent withdrawal back through the bone tunnel because the plate contact area is larger the bone tunnel area.
