摘要： A polyurethane resin composition includes a reaction product of an aliphatic polyisocyanate derivative having an average number of isocyanate groups of 2 or more; a long-chain active hydrogen compound including a hydrocarbon group having 12 or more and 30 or less carbon atoms and an active hydrogen group in combination; a cationic active hydrogen compound including an active hydrogen group and a cationic group in combination; and an acid compound capable of a salt with the cationic group. The concentration of the hydrocarbon group is 30% or more and 85% or less.
