Abstract:
The object of the present invention is to provide an automotive filler cap with excellent low adhesion property. The present invention relates to an automotive filler cap configured to be attached to a filler opening of an automobile, the automotive filler cap including a gasket configured to seal the filler opening by being pressed against the filler opening, the gasket being made of a composition that contains a fluororubber and a fluororesin, the fluororesin being precipitated on the surface of the gasket, the fluororesin comprising a copolymer that contains a polymerized unit based on tetrafluoroethylene and a polymerized unit based on hexafluoropropylene.
Abstract:
The present invention aims to provide an acrylic rubber composition capable of giving an acrylic rubber molded product good in low-friction properties and non-sticking properties. The present invention relates to an acrylic rubber composition containing an acrylic rubber (A) and a fluororesin (B), the fluororesin (B) being a perfluororesin.
Abstract:
A method for producing low-molecular-weight polytetrafluoroethylene which includes: (1) irradiating high-molecular-weight polytetrafluoroethylene with radiation to a dose of 250 kGy or higher substantially in the absence of oxygen to provide low-molecular-weight polytetrafluoroethylene having a melt viscosity at 380° C. of 1.0×102 to 7.0×105 Pa·s. Also disclosed is a powder containing the low-molecular-weight polytetrafluoroethylene, the powder being substantially free from any of perfluorooctanoic acid and salts thereof.

Abstract:
An oil seal for automobiles including an elastic component having a seal lip portion. The elastic component consists of a composition containing fluororubber and fluororesin. The seal lip portion has protrusions at least on the surface thereof. The protrusions substantially consist of the fluororesin contained in the composition. The fluororesin is a copolymer containing a polymerized unit based on tetrafluoroethylene and a polymerized unit based on hexafluoropropylene.

Abstract:
The present invention aims to provide a production method that can produce an aqueous dispersion containing polyvinylidene fluoride with high productivity. The present invention relates to a method of producing an aqueous dispersion of polyvinylidene fluoride, including: emulsion polymerization of vinylidene fluoride in the presence of a surfactant, an organic peroxide, and water to produce an aqueous dispersion that contains polyvinylidene fluoride. The surfactant has a surface tension of 55 mN/m or smaller when added in an amount of 1000 ppm.
