    Abstract: An emergency reporting system includes a seat belt detection unit, a speed change detection unit, an injury determination unit, and an emergency reporting unit. The seat belt detection unit detects a fastening state of seat belt when the vehicle stops moving assisted by collision prevention process that prevents vehicle collision in advance. The speed change detection unit detects a speed change during a time interval from when the collision prevention process is performed to when the vehicle is stopped. The injury determination unit determines the injury level of the vehicle occupant based on the detection results of the seat belt detection unit and the speed change detection unit. The emergency reporting unit emergently reports determined injury level of the vehicle occupant to a prescribed reporting destination. The emergency reporting system can properly determine the injury level of the vehicle occupant when vehicle collision is prevented in advance, and can emergently report the determined injury level.

    Abstract: A first vehicle control device generates and outputs a first vehicle packet that includes first vehicle information and a first time indicating a time when the first vehicle information is acquired. A second vehicle control device includes a reception determining portion successively determining whether the first vehicle packet is received, a second time acquisition portion acquiring a second time indicating a time when the first vehicle packet is received, a delay calculation portion calculating a communication delay time that is a difference between the first time and the second time, and a second vehicle control portion performing a delay considering control that is set by changing a delay ignoring control based on the communication delay time, the delay ignoring control being a vehicle control determined based on the first vehicle information when assuming that the first time and the second time are same.

    Abstract: An information processing system acquires traveling area information, and transmits an entry signal to a server device when determined that a vehicle has entered a specific range. The entry signal includes traveling area information and specifying information for specifying the information processing system. When detecting a stop of traveling of the vehicle, the system transmits a first stop signal including the traveling area information to the server device. The server device stores the traveling area information and the specifying information, included in the entry signal, in association with each other when receiving the entry signal. The server device generates a second stop signal based on the first stop signal. The server device specifies the information processing system based on the travelling area information in the first stop signal, the stored traveling area information and the stored specifying information, and transmits the second stop signal to the specified information processing system.
