摘要: The present disclosure generally relates to a method for monitoring the performance of a blower motor for a blower unit positioned in a vehicle. The method may include: diagnosing the motor based on predefined criteria and one or more physical parameters sensed by one or more sensors; identifying a performance mode from among a plurality of modes based on the diagnosis, where the plurality of modes are predefined; determining a mode message based on a signal code protocol, where the mode message is indicative of the performance mode identified and the signal code protocol associates each of the plurality of modes with a different coded signal; and transmitting a diagnostic signal that includes the mode message to a climate control module located in the vehicle separate from the motor.

摘要: A gray scale control system for a liquid crystal display (LCD) positioned in a vehicle may include a microcontroller unit, a filter, and a switching network. The microcontroller unit may include a PWM port that is configured to supply a PWM signal to a LCD segment of the LCD. The filter may be operable to adjust voltage applied to the LCD segment. The switching network may include a switch device that is connected to the filter. The switching network is operable by the microcontroller unit to electrically couple and decouple the filter between the PWM port and the LCD segment by way of the switch device.

摘要: A display including a liquid crystal layer, a light source, and a wall. The liquid crystal layer includes a first display area, a second display area, and a transition area therebetween. The light source is configured to generate light of a first intensity to illuminate the first display area with light of the first intensity, and generate light of a second intensity that is greater than the first intensity to illuminate the second display area with light of the second intensity. The wall is opposite to the transition area and is configured to permit passage of light of the first intensity and light of the second intensity to the transition area such that at the transition area there is a gradual transition from light of the second intensity proximate to the second display area to light of the first intensity proximate to the first display area.

摘要: A drive circuit for a liquid crystal panel includes a voltage output device, a resistive voltage dividing circuit, and a low-pass filter. The voltage output device has a pulse-signal output port, a first port and a second port. The pulse-signal output port outputs a pulse signal, which is modulated by pulse width modulation. The first port and the second port switch an output between a DC power supply voltage and a ground voltage. The resistive voltage dividing circuit is connected to the first port and the second port. The low-pass filter has an input and an output. The input of the low-pass filter connected to a voltage output node of the resistive voltage dividing circuit and the pulse-signal output port. The output of the low-pass filter connected to a terminal, which outputs a voltage to the liquid crystal panel.
