摘要: An injection nozzle for cooling and providing counter pressure to a neck of a preform during a forming of a container from the preform. The injection nozzle includes a manifold that defines a receiving space into which the neck of the preform is received. A cavity is also defined in a part by an inner wall and an outer wall of the manifold and a plurality of ports are provided through the inner wall to communicate the cavity with the receiving space. When a cooling medium is received into the cavity, the cooling medium is directed through at least some of the ports toward the neck of the preform located within the receiving space.

摘要: A method of forming a container from a plastic preform while using a liquid as a blow medium. During the method, liquid is withdrawn from the container to reduce pressure within the container prior to disengaging of the injection head from the container. In one aspect the method involves the opening of a recirculation valve to reduce the pressure. The opening of the recirculation valve allowing air dispersed within the liquid to rise to the top of the container before disengaging of a forming head from the container. As a result, splashing and spillage of liquid from the neck of the container is eliminated when the forming head disengages from the container.

摘要: A method for forming and filling a container with liquid. The container being formed from a preform located within a mold and the method utilizing a hydraulic blow molding device that is coupled to a source of the liquid, which is used as the blow molding medium. The hydraulic blow molding device has a blow nozzle and a member that is extended from a retracted position to a position within the preform. A blow nozzle engages in fluid tight communication with an open end of the preform so as to provide a sealing engagement of the blow nozzle with the preform. The liquid blow medium is injected into the preform so as to form the container after sealing engagement of the blow nozzle with the preform. The member initiates its advancement into the preform prior to the time of sealing engagement of the blow nozzle with the preform.

摘要: A method for forming a plastic container in which a heated end product is introduced into a heated preform to expand the preform into at least partial conform with the cavity surfaces of a mold, thereby forming a resultant container, of a first size, with a heated end product. The resultant container is then capped and shrunk to a second size, which is less than the first size. The shrinkage of the reluctant container is greater than the shrinkage of the end product thereby creating a positive pressure within the capped container.

摘要: A system and method for hydraulic blow molding a plastic preform into a container. The system includes a nozzle having a nozzle body with a main bore extending therethrough and an outlet for ejecting molding medium into a preform positioned within a mold. A minimum internal diameter is defined within the body of the preform, which is bound on opposing ends between an open end and a closed end. To form the container, a liquid stream is injected into the preform. The liquid stream is defined by the outlet so as to have an external diameter that is less than the minimum inner diameter of the preform, allowing the stream to impinge upon the close end of the preform without impinging upon a transition of the preform, where the minimum inner diameter of the preform is reduced from the diameter of the finish.

摘要: An apparatus comprising a level shifter circuit and a control circuit. The level shifter circuit may be configured to generate a differential output in response to (i) a first differential input, (ii) a second differential input and (iii) a first supply. The level shifter circuit comprises a first pull down transistor pair operating with the first supply. The control circuit may be configured to generate the second differential input in response to (i) the first differential input and (ii) a second supply.
