    摘要： A system, method, and computer-readable medium are disclosed for performing a data center connectivity management operation. The connectivity management operation includes: providing a data center asset with a data center asset client module and an embedded data center asset client module; establishing a secure communication channel between the connectivity management system client and a connectivity management system; exchanging information between the connectivity management system client and the connectivity management system via the secure communication channel between the connectivity management system client and the connectivity management system, the information including a data center asset client module authentication request; authenticating the data center asset client module in response to the data center asset module authentication request; and, configuring software in the data center asset in response to authentication of the data center asset client module.

The communications management operation includes: providing a data center asset with a connectivity management system client module; setting the data center asset to a disable until claimed status; providing the data center asset with proof of ownership information; establishing a connection between the connectivity management system client module and a connectivity management system of a data center monitoring and management console, the connectivity management system comprising a connectivity management system aggregator and a connectivity management system service; exchanging the proof of ownership information between the connectivity management system client module and the connectivity management system service of the connectivity management system; establishing a secure communication channel between the connectivity management system client module and the connectivity management system aggregator based upon the proof of ownership information; and, exchanging information between the connectivity management system client module and the data center monitoring and management console via the secure communication channel between the connectivity management system client module and the connectivity management system aggregator; setting the data asset center to a claimed status based upon the information exchanged between the connectivity management system client module and the connectivity management system.

    摘要： A method, an information handling system (IHS) and a validation system for validating an image using an embedded hash. The method includes retrieving, via a controller, a first image from a first memory device and extracting a first hash from a first location within the first image. The first hash was previously generated using an original set of data that includes a first data string, and the first image includes the first hash inserted into the first location to replace the first data string. The method includes retrieving a copy of the first data string. The method further includes generating a second image by inserting the first data string into the first location from which the first hash was extracted such that the second image contains the original set of data. The method further includes validating the first image using the first hash and the second image.

    摘要： A remote access controller (RAC) service module performs a method of configuring an information handling system (IHS) to adaptively access a multipath storage area network (SAN). A RAC of the RAC service module receives an out-of-band communication containing a multipath solution from a management console. The RAC stores the multipath solution in persistent memory accessible to the RAC. The RAC, via a RAC service manager operating with an operating system of a host processor subsystem of the IHS, accesses system dependent multipath configuration (SDMC) file(s) in host system storage. The RAC creates system independent multipath configuration (SIMC) file(s) based on the multipath solution and the SDMC file(s). The RAC causes the RAC service manager to store the SIMC file(s) in system storage. The method includes triggering a system dependent multipath agent of the host operating system to configure multipath access to the SAN according to the SDMC and SIMC files.
